Лика-Сень, Хорватия: отели, где есть С баром

После многих лет путешествий я ни разу не видел отеля, в котором не предоставляются грелки, а горячая вода предоставляется только в течение ограниченного времени. Замороженную воду в ресторане не наполняют. Предупреждаю, что эту замороженную воду можно употреблять только в ресторане. Люблю ходить в бутылке. Меня до смерти напугал персонал отеля при заселении. Мне сказали, что я забронировал восемь номеров. Он взял стопку бумаг, пересчитал их передо мной и сказал, что я забронировал восемь номеров. Я сказал продавцу, что не заказывал таким образом Как я могу иметь восемь комнат, если у меня только четыре взрослых, я также показал подтверждение бронирования по электронной почте? Но он проигнорировал это и сказал мне, что мой компьютер показывает вот так, и мне все равно, что ты делаешь. Я никогда не встречал отеля с таким плохим отношением и плохим обслуживанием, а персонал потрясающий. После этого я сам зашел на Trip.com, и сотрудники Trip.com помогли мне с этим разобраться. Мне потребовался час, чтобы зарегистрироваться нормально, но они сделали что-то не так. Извинение без всякого раскаяния приводит людей в ярость. Кроме того, что касается национального парка Го 16 озер, билеты в отель должны быть доступны для Экстента, но они ответили, что нет, а также сообщили сотрудникам Trip.com, что такой услуги нет, что очень раздражает. Я никогда не сталкивался с таким необоснованным и плохим отношением к обслуживанию со стороны персонала отеля.

Location: Very close to Plitvice waterfall. There's a view point just 5-10 minutes drive from the hotel where I could see one of the high light of the fall which it's very nice. I arrived in the late evening, so I didn't see anything. However I spent our morning walked around the hotel which was beautiful and worth walking. Room amenities: Perfect !! There're bathrobe and slipper for 2 persons which most of hotels in Croatia didn't provide. Also the hotel use high quality of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. There's hand towel as well. Amenities I mentioned seemed simple in other countries, but not in Croatia. Breakfast: It's ok. There was no enough food, even though there's just another family in the breakfast area. I had to kept asking please fill in this and that which these shouldn't happen.

This hostel is perfect for solo travelers visiting Plitvice! Clean and well-maintained everything was. If you enjoy hiking, It’s definitely worth staying a few extra days. There’s a small bus stop in Korenica nearby, which makes it easy to travel to other cities. They also run an affordable round-trip shuttle to and from Plitvice Lakes. They provide a towel with small fee.

Lovely place. Not sure what I was expecting exactly, but “cottage” does do them justice. The room was very well appointed, felt luxurious, quiet, clean, with a staff that was incredibly friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed dinner that was terrific! After a long day of hiking it was great to crawl into a warm and comfortable bed. Very classy accommodations! Thanks everyone!

Bathroom is clean and new. The senior staff at breakfast was helpful. However one of the bed is not made properly. The bed sheet cover for that bed was old and not long enough to cover the duvet. Felt very odd. Hotel itself is a 10-15mins walk to promenade/ seaside.

Очень дружелюбный прием, как будто вы остановились у родственников. Чистые и современные номера со всеми удобствами. В нашем номере даже было массажное кресло. За дополнительную плату можно позавтракать и/или поужинать. В 5-10 минутах езды от национального парка. Рядом также есть супермаркет и множество ресторанов. Определенно рекомендую.

The location is perfect for a quick walk to old town or taking in the view of the Adriatic. The unit was well-furnished and spacious - with patio space and a pool. Perhaps best of all, the host was welcoming and attentive. Strong recommendation!!

Das Hotel In Excelsis liegt etwas auserhalb der Stadt Novalja, wir mochten es aber sehr, da die Küste nach 5min Fußweg erreichbar ist und es genug Parkplätze gibt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Poolanlage ist erste Klasse! Das Spa macht unglaublich Spaß, unbegrenzt Handtücher sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück könnte ausgewogener sein, aber es reicht aus. Leider hatten wir ein Insekten Problem, so hatten wir schon 4 Mücken und 2 Motten erschlagen, dann haben wir eine Armeisenstraße zwischen einem Bett und der Balkontür gefunden, nach einer Beschwerde bei der Rezeption konnten wir um 1 Uhr Nachts das Zimmer wechseln. Das Personal und der Service ist sehr freundlich.

出發前，房東已經有text我問定到達時間和溫提我到時要俾cash. Check in時又會問下你買咗十六湖國家公園咩入口和時間既門票。第二天出發去行十六湖前，房東教咗我地行一條勁輕鬆，又可以避過晒所有旅行團必行的路線。只花6小時就輕鬆行晒上下湖區。 房間好大，24小時熱水供應沖涼，重點係床褥硬度合我，唔會太soft.

It is a good location to Plitvice Lakes. It is just around 15 minutes walk to it. Plus, the hotel is cozy. The staff is kind and nice.
