Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

Я был в Понта-Делгада-Азорские острова несколько раз, впервые остановился в отеле Neat Hotel Avenida, расположение было отличным и удобным в центре города! Я зарегистрировался очень поздно, и персонал на стойке регистрации очень дружелюбный, номер чистый, рядом много кафе и ресторанов! Я вернусь, чтобы остаться здесь снова, обригада

El hotel está en pleno centro de Horta,bajas por una calle y estás en el puerto.Es antiguo pero todo muy limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico.LLevaros bañador y gorro ya que tiene gratuitos piscinas exterior e interior,sauna,jacuzzi y gimnasio.Los trabajadores te ayudan todo lo que pueden y hablan español muchos.Hay cerca aparcamiento gratuito

Каждый год, вот уже более тридцати лет, я провожу День святого Валентина в этом отеле.

Я был приятно удивлен, проведя неделю в отеле Inatel с комфортом. Он небольшой и уютный, и до центра и окрестностей этого очаровательного и прекрасного острова Грасиоаза было легко добраться пешком или на машине. В отеле я чувствовал себя как дома. Весь персонал отлично справился со всем. В ресторане был предложен ужин из трёх блюд, который оказался лучше, чем в местных ресторанах, и стоил дешевле. Я НАДЕЮСЬ ВЕРНУТЬСЯ В ГРАСИОЗУ К ТЕРМАЛЬНЫМ ВАННАМ КАРАПАЧО И В ОТЕЛЬ ГРАСИОЗА В КАЧЕСТВЕ ИСТОЧНИКА. СПАСИБО, Г. Л. США.

Did not like at all. Location is excellent, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Check-in process is quite embarrassing - self check-in with instructions, sent only 1 hour before check-in after I insisted. Charged for parking, which must be free, as per information on Trip.com, saying “sorry, the information is inaccurate”. The price on their website was twice cheaper than at Trip.com. The room was nice, quite practical with lots of amenities, but some of them were broken. Not that much space, not good with children. Can’t recommend at all, sorry
