Very close to ATL airport. Hotel has an airport shuttle leaving hotel every half hour for example 6, 6:30, 7, etc and picking up at airport approx. every 15 minutes after for example 6:15, 6:45, 7:15 etc. Used the shuttle van both ways on flights in and out, made it easy if you use ATL airport - my biggest reason for this hotel. Easy check in. Clean room. OK TV and channels, etc. Large breakfast seating area with coffee and drinks all the time, and free breakfast starting at 6 am. Good Mexican Food place right Nextdoor. Not upscale, but solid , clean and a pretty good value. I would not take a long vacation here, but a good option for going in and out of airport and a quick stay.

Good hotel with large rooms and very comfortable bed. The in-room coffee machine was especially appreciated, as was the lobby food/snack bar.
Very impressed with the airport shuttle beginning at 4am.
Would definitely stay here again.

翌朝早朝便だったので、空港から近いことで利用しました。朝食は6時ピッタリから開始！種類は多くないですがアーモンドミルクやデカフェなどがあって良かったです！空港へのシャトルバスも20分間隔で助かりました。アトランタ空港はハブ空港にてかなり広く、1時間半前の出発でも手荷物検査など混雑しておりギリギリの搭乗にて2時間前出発をオススメします！

Check in was a little slow but the staff member was super nice and apologetic.
The facility was very clean and modern. Plenty of free parking.
The Bowties bar staff service was amazing and the food was really good and moderately priced.
The location is right off the exit of the interstate, however, the airport is across the interstate and you can hear some planes depart/land on the front side more than the back side, otherwise this a great property.

Enjoyed my stay Mrs Bridget was amazing she got me checked in early. The food was great for lunch and dinner. Brittany at the bar was very nice and fast service she helped make my birthday celebration memorable. Thank you to both ladies

My stay at Atlanta Marriott Marquis was great! I was there for one night for a concert and was very comfortable, plus enjoyed a beautiful view of the city from my corner room on the 24th floor which was lovely.

Overall my experience was a very pleasant one very clean establishment I love the security of the keyed elevators the swimming pool was always a nice temperature jacuzzi as well restaurant was great however waitress wasn't the best at showing hospitality other than that I would definitely stay here whenever I need to!

ГГостьThis trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

ГГостьOne room Rm#511 did have TV service. Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host. If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.

ГГостьIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

ГГостьI was in Savannah for depositions. If I am being honest, Planters Inn was not my first choice as I usually stay within the Hilton family. But those hotels were all booked. I was a little apprehensive having seen a few bad reviews, but chose Planters Inn because it was the closest to where I needed to be. to be. In hindsight, I am glad the Hilton properties were booked. The hotel has much more character than the other guys. Yes, the property shows its age, but it is well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I am used to at much higher priced hotels. The staff, however, is what makes the Planters Inn a real gem. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond with a few late-night tasks I needed to complete in preparation for my work the following day. I plan to return to Savannah with my wife in the near future as tourists (I had no real time for sightseeing on his trip), and when I do I will be staying at the Planters Inn.

ГГостьI made reservations then called the hotel to Badger sure they had them.”Lady A” answered the phone, she was just as polite on the phone as she was in person, she checked us in upon our arrival.
We had a leak in the bathroom that was wetting the carpet, informed David at the front desk he immediately phoned Zach in house services and within minutes he was at our door. Zach observed what was happening and immediately moved us to another room, and provided us with complimentary parking which was a huge plus.
The hotel is close to the square and the riverfront which we enjoyed the proximity of everything. Only used our car to go to Walmart and The Outlets. Will definitely visit again, Customer service was A1.
