The room was very clean and had lots of room

The location was perfect to get to local attractions, including the zoo, shopping, and hiking trails. The room and hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and good amenities. We had breakfast elsewhere, as there is no continental breakfast, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The only negative was that the fan in the bathroom was not functioning - or rather we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Otherwise, a good place to stay for a night at a reasonable price.

The hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Although the parking was not right on the property it was in a covered parking lot within a short walk to the hotel and the cost was included in our stay ! The front lobby looked rather new and was clean and shiny. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and accommodating for 2 of us and came with the amenities you would generally expect. We had a king bed and it was comfortable, although the pillows were rather soft and despite both of us having 2 pillows each we could have used 1 or 2 more to be more comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was well done with a good variety of choices for us as we eat a carnivore diet. The coffee was a good as you would get at Starbucks. I don't know her name but the staff member who kept the buffet full was definitely one of the hardest working individuals I have seen. She was friendly, accommodating and exceptional and the hotel should award her appropriately. The only negative to our stay was that on the 2nd day of being there we returned later in the day after sightseeing and our room had not been serviced by housekeeping. I called the front desk and the staff person who had checked us in informed me that they had forgotten to tell us that housekeeping is only every other day. Staff member did provide us with additional towels however it would have been nice to have the bed turned down and used towels taken away.

В целом, впечатления остались хорошие! Единственная проблема заключалась в отсутствии микроволновки в номере, поэтому, когда вы с семьёй возвращаетесь после вкусного ужина или просто у вас остаётся еда, вам приходится идти в главный вестибюль, где на всех в отеле есть только одна микроволновка в шкафу! А вот моя настоящая проблема... внутри этого шкафа... не микроволновки, если быть точным... лежал мёртвый таракан... Мы сразу же сообщили об этом персоналу, и они были в таком же шоке, как и мы! Персонал пообещал разобраться, поэтому на следующее утро мои дети, проголодавшись, спустились к той же микроволновке, но таракан всё ещё был там⼸️‼️‼️

周辺環境が静かで使いやすいホテルでした。朝ごはんのコーヒーも美味しかったです。隣に夜中まで空いているダイニングバーがあり、リーズナブルにドラフトビールが楽しめるのも良かったです。市街地とは少し距離があるのでUberを活用していました。

our room wasn’t ready for about an 1 hr 1/2 till after we got here and we need to get ready for a party at the hotel and we had to carry our luggage all around the place and was unable to get ready in our room for the event.
