Отношение менеджера на переднем столе было плохо по сравнению со всеми другими Hyatt мы остались. The room we booked included the breakfast, but the manager denied it even after we showed him the booking records, what is more, he almost got away with double chargeing the room... fortunately, Я  был в состоянии проверить записи кредитных карт перед уходом из отеля и поймал заряд перед уходом.... Я очень сожалел об этом отеле Hyatt, он красивый, полный истории, в прямом центре города, но я заметил, что оккупация не очень хорошая, вестибюль и коридор очень пустые, может быть, что-то связано с  этот менеджер....  с его отношением, я не мог быть единственным клиентом, который покинул отель с таким невероятным впечатлением.....

Place was good but the only thing I was disappointed in was the water pressure in the shower. Water temperature was good but I thought it should have been a little more forceful.
ГГостьDo NOT stay at this hotel unless you can survive in a room that is not at all soundproof! I booked a queen suite with separate sitting room for my daughter and I. We wanted a quiet, relaxing place to stay for a 3 day weekend and the reviews for this place were excellent.
First let me list the nice things about the property:
1. It is a full blown conference center with a huge, well maintained and manicured landscape.
2. The outdoor spaces are lovely, including the outdoor pool area.
3. The location is very close to Columbus and to the uber wealthy city of Powell.
4. A gorgeous county park with loads of picnic areas and walking trails is located directly across the street from the conference center.
Now for the negatives:
1. No soundproofing!!! We could hear every word of conversations that took place in the room next door. But the most disturbing thing is that we couldn’t sleep because of noise from the room overhead. My daughter contacted the front desk in the early evening of our first night’s stay asking them to call the guests above us with a “gentle reminder” to avoid heavy walking. She was told that the request could not be made until after the 10 pm quiet time. We had a brown noise machine running at top volume for the entire night, but even that didn’t block the heavy footfalls from above. The constant sound of people walking (it sounded like elephants) continued the next morning which forced us out of our room. (We payed extra for a suite with a separate sitting area so that we could relax outside of the bedroom, but couldn’t take advantage of it because of the noise). My daughter ended up sleeping on a couch at a friend’s house the second night because she was so sleep deprived. However, I returned to the hotel which was a huge mistake! When I turned out the lights at 11 pm, things were quiet, but at 11:30 pm the stomping family returned. The noise of the footfalls and then squeaking floors woke me up at 11:30 pm, 3:30 am and 5:45 am. I finally got out of bed at 6 am, walked to the lobby in my pajamas, and told the staff that I couldn’t stay in this place another night. I must have looked a fright, because the agent immediately canceled the final night of our reservation with no questions asked. Just to be clear, I don’t think that the family above us was intentionally loud. I think that they had absolutely no idea that their movements were creating such a disturbance.
2. Despite the fact that the lovely county park is directly across the street, it’s incredibly difficult to access the park entrance as a pedestrian. There is a single pedestrian crosswalk at the southwest corner of the conference center, but there are no sidewalks that connect to the crosswalk. Walkers are forced to either walk along a very busy road with no shoulder, or walk on the grass for about 1/2 mile to get from the hotel parking lot to the crosswalk. I find it incredibly surprising that Nationwide didn’t consider putting in sidewalks to make access to the park more accessible and safe for pedestrians.
3. Be forewarned that the conference center includes facilities that cater to weddings, so if you stay here on a weekend, be prepared for lots of outdoor evening activities.
No one should have to pay $200/night to stay in a room that isn’t conducive to sleep!!!
ГГостьI had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with the front desk staff.
I arrived at the hotel Sunday 01 march around 12:30 PM and politely asked if early check-in was possible. The two women working at the reception told me that no rooms were available until 4:00 PM. I said that was fine and that I would wait in the lobby.
However, while I was waiting, several other guests arrived and they were checked in immediately. It was very clear that rooms were available, which made the situation feel unfair.
Later, I approached the desk again with the same guests who were checking in and said that I had a reservation for today. The receptionist acted as if nothing had happened and looked visibly annoyed.
During check-in, she tried to charge my card again for the reservation, even though my booking had already been fully paid online. When I saw the amount and asked what it was for, she could not clearly explain it. I had to tell her again that the reservation was already paid.
Both receptionists then started checking the system and appeared irritated and nervous in front of other guests. Eventually they explained that there was a security deposit of $50 per day, which I completely understood and agreed with.
However, they attempted to charge the wrong amount again, and I had to question it once more before they finally corrected the charge to the proper deposit amount.
Overall, the situation was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. First I was told to wait until 4 PM while other guests were checked in, and then I had to deal with confusion about charges that should have been clear from the beginning.
The hotel facilities are good, but the front desk service was very disappointing and needs improvement.
ГГостьThis hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...
ГГостьThe hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Although the parking was not right on the property it was in a covered parking lot within a short walk to the hotel and the cost was included in our stay ! The front lobby looked rather new and was clean and shiny. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and accommodating for 2 of us and came with the amenities you would generally expect. We had a king bed and it was comfortable, although the pillows were rather soft and despite both of us having 2 pillows each we could have used 1 or 2 more to be more comfortable.
The included breakfast buffet was well done with a good variety of choices for us as we eat a carnivore diet. The coffee was a good as you would get at Starbucks. I don't know her name but the staff member who kept the buffet full was definitely one of the hardest working individuals I have seen. She was friendly, accommodating and exceptional and the hotel should award her appropriately.
The only negative to our stay was that on the 2nd day of being there we returned later in the day after sightseeing and our room had not been serviced by housekeeping. I called the front desk and the staff person who had checked us in informed me that they had forgotten to tell us that housekeeping is only every other day. Staff member did provide us with additional towels however it would have been nice to have the bed turned down and used towels taken away.

Единственная проблема заключалась в отсутствии микроволновки в номере, поэтому, когда вы с семьёй возвращаетесь после вкусного ужина или просто у вас остаётся еда, вам приходится идти в главный вестибюль, где на всех в отеле есть только одна микроволновка в шкафу! А вот моя настоящая проблема... внутри этого шкафа... не микроволновки, если быть точным... лежал мёртвый таракан... Мы сразу же сообщили об этом персоналу, и они были в таком же шоке, как и мы! Персонал пообещал разобраться, поэтому на следующее утро мои дети, проголодавшись, спустились к той же микроволновке, но таракан всё ещё был там⼸️‼️‼️
ГГостьWe loved our stay at the Drury Plaza, Downtown Cleveland! The staff was all very nice. Most hotels in this area and price range didn't have a pool or spa, so the swimming area felt like a bonus! It was clean, and very enjoyable. The kick- start they offer was amazing! It was an entire dinner included in the hotel price! PLUS 3 adult beverages per adult staying! They were classic drinks, think cranbery vodka and whiskey and cokes. Breakfast was also delicious! It had a lot more to offer than just the normal hotel continental breakfast. The eating area was super clean and kept up nicely. We walked 5 minutes to the House of Blues for a concert. The walk was pretty strait forward to the Downtown area! The hotel itself was pretty clean. It's a bit out dated (no USB outlets, the plumbing is obviously old, and drained a bit slow, small tvs, old carpet) but it didn't really take away from its old time unique charm with all the marble and lighting. The beds and pillows were super comfy! My son did mention he wished he would have brought a cozy blanket, bc theirs are pretty thin. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we are in the area! We will also look into staying at different Drury locations when on trips!

Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.
We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.
On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.
Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing………
I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down. You really need to deliver on your promises.
So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️
