Честно говоря, если не считать того, что отель расположен так близко к терминалу, учитывая, что вылет был в 4 утра, он меня разочаровал. Длинная очередь на регистрацию, несмотря на вежливость и приветливость персонала, пришлось перелезть через коробку из-под пиццы, грязную чашку и бокал вина, брошенные у моей двери, а когда я вошёл в номер, то не был до конца уверен, что там вообще убирали. И, что ещё больше раздражает, отсутствие печенья! Однако, с другой стороны, было тихо, и выселение прошло быстро.

Stayed overnight for a wedding in the area. Convenient online check-in & check out. Had to pay £20 for early check in. Parking was an extra £12 overnight. Great facilities including pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Plenty of choice at breakfast including dairy free milk. Friendly staff.

На ночь перед вылетом отличный отель. Вкусная еда в ресторане на ужин. От аэропорта и в аэропорт - каждые полчаса трансфер за 4 фунта на человека. Можно и кушать и картой.

Останавливался в Premier Inn и Radisson в Станстеде. Однозначно лучше, чем в Radisson. В моём номере пахло авиационным топливом! Номера Premier Inn и Premier Plus ничем не уступают Novotel. Недостатком Novotel считаю отсутствие бутылок воды в номерах, но зато у них есть преимущество – прекрасный бар и ресторан. Очень вкусная еда, отличный персонал. Я попросил чипсы похрустеть, и они были поданы так, как я просил, и еда была очень горячей. Я обязательно вернусь.

The hotel staff were very nice and kind. Upon arrival we had a lot of bags and the staff made sure we got a room on ground floor and there was a trolley to move our items at once. We were indoors all the time so cleaning staff left our room to give us privacy. Next morning we requested to have our room cleaned and in 5 mins there was someone there to clean. So efficient!!

I booked a last minute night away with the children: afternoon tea followed by an overnight. The afternoon tea was delicious and I was really well catered for as a vegan diner. The Grand Hall was a beautiful setting for afternoon tea. The children also loved their food - the sandwiches were much simpler for the children and they got seconds based on how delicious they were. Our room was large and had a sofa bed and a cot bed. We enjoyed playing in the grounds including the play area, outdoor chess, boules, the scavenger hunt and the fitness trail. My son also loved playing football in the garden - he was excited that there were goals set up. We had dinner in The Fox Bar and had drinks and played cards in the Grand Hall afterwards. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We were really excited to find newts in the pond. They would love to stay again. I would love to come for an overnight with my partner to experience it differently without the children.
