This was a first class experience!! From the valet parking and bellhops when we arrived to the gorgeous room and view!! Super cool amenities, we really enjoyed the pool, exceptional!!
We would definitely recommend going to Mount Airy and we are looking forward to coming back again!

I do want to say that my kids and I had a great mini getaway. The only thing we disliked was the pool. It was quite nasty. So much hair In the pool. Someone should absolutely be keeping up with the maintenance. I'm sure it would not pass with the amount of hair and stuff in the pool. Aside from that I would come back. So please clean the pool so we can all enjoy it.

Wyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view.
One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room.

Из Нью-Йорка в Вашингтон я остановился в Филадельфии на одну ночь. Отель находится рядом с мэрией, недалеко от центра города и Чайнатауна, и это очень удобно для еды и игр. Транспорт удобный, номер очень чистый, и вы можете сделать вафли своими руками на завтрак, который сытный и отличный.

The room is modern but a bit small. It is difficult to compare American hotels with Asian hotels where amenities like shaving and toothbrushing needs are also met. No re-usable paper slippers are available in the room as well, not to mention free bottled water. The price is not highly competitive though. One good thing is that extension of my checkout time to 4pm only required me to pay an extra small amount of money which I fully appreciated that.

Отель расположен в прекрасном месте, до всего можно дойти пешком. Вестибюль находится на втором этаже, а гараж находится через дорогу. Хороший завтрак «шведский стол» с овсяными хлопьями и множеством свежих фруктов, таких как черника и клубника, как хорошее дополнение к стандартному завтраку «шведский стол».

Sofitel is an elegant brand and is often located at the heart of the city. The Philadelphia location is perfect for those who want to see the city and is luxurious enough to stay in for some rest and relaxation. There's a restaurant in the lobby. In walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the area as well as historical attractions. The room included a King bed, a roll-in shower, and many other amenities. Because I was here for a conference, transportation to and from the convention center was available. Next to the convention center is the Reading Terminal Market. However, if you like to walk, the sites are amazing and the Reading Market is only 1 mile away. Hidden costs were disclosed upon check out. You might want to ask about that from your travel agent or the hotel management.

ГГостьWe inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, ”it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm.” We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that ”because you're third party.....” Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were ”third party.” I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were ”third party.” Well, the ”guaranteed” time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were ”third party” and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were ”third party”, apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit.

ААнонимный пользовательThe staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

ГГостьI recently stayed at the Nittany Lion Inn for 4 nights and 5 days, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The rooms were great — clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The hallways were absolutely amazing, lined with bookcases and cozy seating areas, all surrounded by fascinating history that truly made the Inn feel special and unique.
The mocktails at Triplets were delicious, and the coffee at the café was just as impressive — such a treat during our stay. We were in town because my daughter danced at THON, so we were coming and going at all hours. It was incredibly comforting to be somewhere that felt so safe, welcoming, and conveniently close to everything we needed.
Every single staff member was absolutely incredible. I never once arrived or left without someone opening a door for me — that level of attentiveness and hospitality does not go unnoticed. Everyone was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay.
I do need to especially mention Claire. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, she made our stay so comforting. When my flight was canceled, Claire went above and beyond to ensure my son and I were taken care of. She helped us navigate our travel changes and made a stressful situation so much easier. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
Thank you for making what was already a meaningful trip even more memorable. We will absolutely be back!

ГГостьWe were pleasantly surprised by the size of our king room suite. The full sized refrigerator was a huge plus. It did need some attention given to the carpet in the living room area as there are (what looked like) tomato sauce stains and a juice stain. It also needed vacuumed better. The mattress was softer than we are normally used to, but wasn't bad. I think it's the first hotel room I've ever walked into and the a/c was actually on and the room was nice and cool. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, w/o orange juice. Nothing special. My husband said ”they use real eggs and not carton or powdered.” Being a holiday weekend, they were having trouble keeping up with the supply/demand for breakfast. It is noisy at night until about midnight with cars and motorcycles flying up/down the street. Music across the street is also pretty loud.
I cannot say enough about the front desk staff. Matt was extremely nice when we checked in, and he also came up to the room because we couldn't figure out the bedroom TV.
It's only about a 3-4 minute drive to Presque Isle State Park. All in all I would consider staying here again.

ГГостьМы отлично провели время в Windsor Suites. Расположение отеля: 5 минут ходьбы до здания мэрии и несколько заведений в пешей доступности. В вестибюле также есть рестораны. Номер был ОЧЕНЬ просторным — в нем была гардеробная с утюгом и гладильной доской. В нем была кухня с холодильником, микроволновой печью, кофеваркой и посудой! Номер был чистым и содержался в очень хорошем состоянии. Персонал был очень дружелюбным и услужливым. В целом, нам очень понравилось наше пребывание здесь, и мы настоятельно рекомендуем это место всем, кто останавливается в Филадельфии.

Номер был просторным; в двухместном номере было две большие кровати (примерно 1,5 метра шириной), и места хватило на три чемодана размером 24 дюйма.
Я забронировал номер с видом на город, из которого открывался вид на небоскребы Филадельфии. Однако, поскольку отель находится рядом с эстакадой, постоянный шум от движения транспорта был довольно сильным. Из-за смены часовых поясов это не сильно повлияло на мой сон. Но в обычных условиях это могло бы оказать некоторое воздействие.
В день нашего приезда ресторан на первом этаже отеля был на ремонте, поэтому там было довольно пыльно.
Завтрак был обильным.
Парковка платная, стоит 37 долларов в день. Мы заселились около 19:00 и смогли припарковаться до 16:00 следующего дня.
