Breakfst was excellent. Location was very good. Sink drained very slowly. Bath light took several minutes to reach full brightness

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

Great hotel, great location! Housekeeping did not replace items in room (toilet paper, cups, etc) but room was clean.

Do not stay here! The good = room was big and clean and jacuzzi was nice Bad outweighs the good = pool does not feel heated at all, the jets on the hot tub do not work, one jet only makes a few bubbles, when pointed it out, we were told that’s how it should be. Stayed 3 nights, every day we went out, came back and key card wouldn’t work, had to get a new one. The toilet was clogged and would not flush. Maintenance came and said it was fixed, he smelled like alcohol. Went to bathroom in the middle of night and it would not flush, was afraid it’d overflow. Called in the am, was told we could just use the bathrooms near the desk 😳. Said maintenance would come after 7. We left at 8, but when we came back it was fixed. The breakfast is awful and the same every day. Watery eggs, burnt sausage, a casserole, little potatoes, biscuits, cereals, bagels, a little refrigerator with a gallon of milk, pitchers of juice, cream cheese, and butter. No oatmeal, yogurt, bacon would’ve been nice. The coffee maker in the lobby poured out grounds, told us it was broken, my husband told her, try cleaning it out and get all the grounds out - then it worked later when he went back. Hard to find a parking place when you come back at night, because of restaurant & bar. Only 2 handicap spaces near entrance to rooms. Outside garbage overflowing (but it was bagged). Some of the staff were very rude. *The manager was nice and did come to our room to check on us.

Вставить карту было САМЫМ ТРУДНЫМ делом, что создавало нам проблемы. Один раз карточка-ключ полностью зашла внутрь, съев её. Пришла техническая служба, чтобы забрать карту. Ничего не починили, просто попросили быть осторожнее. 🪟 Солнцезащитные шторки за оконной шторой были ужасно шаткими: левая сторона была опущена, но не двигалась (шнур был снят и заправлен сверху). Всё это время правая была поднята, и опустить её было невозможно, кроме как потянуть. Но когда я это сделал, я понял, почему они её подняли, и электродвигатель отключился... Она не опустилась полностью и была измята. 💧Раковина установлена ​​наоборот: горячая вода справа, холодная слева. 🌡️ Термостат был сломан. Хотя в комнате поддерживалась прохлада, из-за влажности было неприятно прохладно. Влажности было настолько, что мебель казалась какой-то безвкусной. Подошёл ли нам номер? Да. I liked that hotel wasn't far from strip the employees where nice and helpful our room was nice and nice and clean I would definitely go back.

Having stayed here before, I had a little bit of an idea of what to expect. But it had been a while, so there were a few things that caught me off guard. There is only one negative that I can think of, and it's not a huge one, but I think it's necessary to point out.... 📱📱There were zero USB plug-ins in the room. There were a couple of different standard plug-ins that if you had the charging head for your cables, you would be okay. But between two people we had one charging head so it caught us a little off guard. It wouldn't take much to swap out an outlet in the living area. 🛏️The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable and used the down alternative which was nice. As somebody who constantly has to check if hotels are offering down pillows and bedding, it's nice when I find that it's not there. 🚗 If you are planning to self park, do not drive up to the front of the hotel. That area is utilized strictly for valet parking. Go ahead and go to the underground garage near the corner of 4th and Demonbreun. You can access the hotel from that parking garage. 🚽 ☎ I meant to get a picture but the standard of luxury in the 80s still exists with a phone next to the toilet. Ahhh, simpler times. 😂️

This location was easy and accessible to everything The hotel is beautiful. The employee team members we encountered are very kind. I needed it for my trip. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours. 

They said they come to do house-keeping after every 2 days and they make the bed for you as well. When they came in on the 2nd day, they never had my bed made. It was as it was since last 2 nights for which I checked out early before my scheduled check out date which was the next day. I had the room for 3 nights but only stayed there for 2 nights because of it.

Read Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.
