I stayed for only 1 night and was super excited and ready to rave about this place when I first got to the hotel. The front desk person was great. The place is a lil run down but I don't mind. Got the themed room with a jacuzzi tub which was super cute and smelled super clean - but again a slightly run down. As cute as the bed was, it was SO uncomfortable. It was so stiff it didn't feel like there was an actual mattress on it while also being uneven. The more time i was in the room i noticed that it wasn't fully cleaned properly and found some stray litter from previous guests. When i went to leave I asked about the airport shuttle I arrived at the airport on. During check in i didn't notice the sign saying it needed to be pre booked the night before. The front desk working just said i had to find another way to the airport and left it at that.

This was my first time staying here and booking through trip.com. Everything was great effortless and booking and checking in. The beds were comfy and the shower is big enough for two people. The Chinese food in the Casino while watch the hockey game was great. Also the braised beef short rib Benny was a delicious start to Mother’s Day. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully hit the hot tub next time for sure.

Room was average at best Pillows lumpy and it affected my  sleep Went to buy a bottle of water it was 4.50 Carts for luggage disappeared and staff didn’t seem to care, got attitude when I asked if the coukdcfind them as I had 2 - 50 lb bags plus carry on Cheap price but would try a different   place next time Average at best!!!

First, I would like to commend their front desk staff — they were incredibly warm and welcoming during check-in, which made for a great first impression. However, there were a few issues in the room that I believe should be brought to their attention:    •   Upon entering the bathroom, I noticed hairs in the bathtub.    •   The bathtub itself seemed quite old and difficult to use — water would flow out easily during use, making it hard to enjoy a proper bath.    •   The comforter on the bed did not smell like fresh linen, which affected the overall sense of cleanliness and comfort in the room. While I appreciated the hospitality of your staff, I believe that addressing these room-related concerns will greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

Always stay at the Ramada Hotel, before flying up to work. Room rates are usually well under $100.00 all in and free shuttle to and from Airport. Food at Restaurant is very tasty and updates are improving..Shower temps and faucets in tub could be improved but still work..Would also be nice to have extra late checkout for returning regular guests. Would reccomend to anyone! A +

Когда я сжигаю воду, многие кофейные кастрюли плавали. Пейзаж, который я вижу из окна, является лучшим. Я думал, что это был город искусства Уолл-Стрит.

入住時服務員態度良好，辦理入住手續快捷方便，但泊車收費每天加幣45元，感覺不爽！而且必須由職員代泊，出外取車需多預時間等候。 房間方面，空間感較少，設施也較舊，幸好還算清潔。沒有蒸餾水提供，可付費使用。想煲熱水也需向職員取用。 住了兩晚，第二個晚上廁所不能沖水，發現水箱配件老化斷開，所以失去影響儲水功能

Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee. My room was clean but the shower ******, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent. The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

I took advantage of this service, and it was prompt and efficient, making my arrival and departure stress-free. Additionally, I had the chance to use the fitness center during my stay. It was well-equipped with modern machines and weights, and it was nice to have that option to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport was highly satisfactory. The combination of friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities made it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay near the airport. I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to Edmonton!
