I stayed for only 1 night and was super excited and ready to rave about this place when I first got to the hotel. The front desk person was great. The place is a lil run down but I don't mind. Got the themed room with a jacuzzi tub which was super cute and smelled super clean - but again a slightly run down. As cute as the bed was, it was SO uncomfortable. It was so stiff it didn't feel like there was an actual mattress on it while also being uneven. The more time i was in the room i noticed that it wasn't fully cleaned properly and found some stray litter from previous guests. When i went to leave I asked about the airport shuttle I arrived at the airport on. During check in i didn't notice the sign saying it needed to be pre booked the night before. The front desk working just said i had to find another way to the airport and left it at that.

This was my first time staying here and booking through trip.com. Everything was great effortless and booking and checking in. The beds were comfy and the shower is big enough for two people. The Chinese food in the Casino while watch the hockey game was great. Also the braised beef short rib Benny was a delicious start to Mother’s Day. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully hit the hot tub next time for sure.

I was told by the front desk that the cost for a taxi to get to the airport was approximately $50. Then I was told by another member of the staff that it was around $65. I asked the staff to go ahead and book me the taxi and I ended up paying $80 to get to the airport one way. The hotel really needs to figure out a system with the taxi cab drivers regarding flat rates because $80 for Edmonton is unacceptable.

This is a really nice place! Everyone here is welcoming and friendly! Breakfast here is nice and would obviously select here again!

Good and culm place

Johnson was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was good. The only thing bad was the room had an odd smell to it.  Can’t put my finger on exactly what it smelt like, but that was the only thing.

The hotel's location is very easy to find. The people on the front desks are welcoming and accommodating to everyone checking in. My friends and I went to Waterton for the long weekend and the room we got is nice and homey. I haven't got the chance to take a photo of the room but here are some activities and places we have visited around the area.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport, and it was a fantastic experience. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, and a selection of pastries. There was also a pancake machine, which was a fun touch! The dining area was clean and spacious, allowing me to enjoy my meal in a relaxed environment. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially for travelers using the airport. It’s just a short drive away, and the hotel offers a shuttle service, which is very convenient. I took advantage of this service, and it was prompt and efficient, making my arrival and departure stress-free. Additionally, I had the chance to use the fitness center during my stay. It was well-equipped with modern machines and weights, and it was nice to have that option to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport was highly satisfactory. The combination of friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities made it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay near the airport. I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to Edmonton!

Я чувствую себя как обновление старого здания, относительно чистое. Многие сотрудники очень дружелюбны и помогают. Время прибытия - ２３, поэтому ... Но не было других кофейных машин. Когда я сжигаю воду, многие кофейные кастрюли плавали. Пейзаж, который я вижу из окна, является лучшим. Я думал, что это был город искусства Уолл-Стрит.

Always stay at the Ramada Hotel, before flying up to work. Room rates are usually well under $100.00 all in and free shuttle to and from Airport. Food at Restaurant is very tasty and updates are improving..Shower temps and faucets in tub could be improved but still work..Would also be nice to have extra late checkout for returning regular guests. Would reccomend to anyone! A +
