The hostel is nice and in the prime area but the only thing I didn't like is that it lacks a common area and the terrace is closed most of the time except few hours. Also, you cannot eat or dine on the rooftop despite it being a nice seating area and they close around midnight! For a remote worker like me, this is a bad thing. Also in the amenities listed here, they included towels but it was not complementary! They only have pizza restaurant.. So no other dishes within hostel too.

Мы провели 3 ночи в этом очень комфортабельном отеле. Мы даже хотели продлить пребывание на одну ночь, но все номера были заняты, что свидетельствует об их популярности. Декор, от ресепшена и лобби до номеров, был восхитителен: в нем широко использовались натуральные материалы, создавая атмосферу спокойствия и умиротворения. Завтрак был в формате шведского стола, но выбор горячих блюд был ограничен. Кроме того, мы хотели искупаться на закате, но в это время бассейн был занят одним большим коктейль-баром, где буквально десятки людей отдыхали в воде, что нас разочаровало.

Несмотря на то, что он простой, он соответствует всем основным ожиданиям. Хорошо расположен, легко передвигаться, недалеко от исторического центра и почти частного пляжа. Весь состав, начиная от вратарей. Завтрак ”шведский стол” был очень хорош, и они его испортили, приготовив особенные арепы.

Downtown of Cartagena, very convenient for shopping and restaurants and bars 😍 Very friendly staff at front desk who helped to modify my booking. And their concierge is very helpful and nice👍🏼 If a mini bar can be added into the room then would be perfect.

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

It was good value for money. Not hot water (neither that cold, it is caribean weather just not heated) and a bit far from the main hotspots (i use uber motorbike so for me was ok, is around 1/2$ per trip).

Отличное расположение и хорошее обслуживание. Отель довольно оживленный, как на выходных, так и в будние дни здесь проводятся различные мероприятия как в помещениях, так и на улице. Недостатком является плохая звукоизоляция: слышно, как сосед чихает, кашляет, а также звук телевизора. Действительно, однажды вечером было отключение электричества, но свет появился примерно через минуту.

Мне понравилось обслуживание и номера, отель немного далековат от аптек и достопримечательностей, однако я рекомендую его для путешествий в одиночку со взрослыми и для удобства передвижения.

Персонал был дружелюбным, а консьерж — превосходным. Отель расположен недалеко от пляжа и предлагает завтрак ”шведский стол”. Номера комфортабельные, а поблизости есть супермаркеты и рестораны.
