It was an impressive and pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room, which was perfect for our trip, very spacious and with great view. The bed mattress is one of the best in all my experience. I had great sleep during the stay. The cleanliness of the room was ok. The location is very convenient if you are driving - 20 mins drive to the walking trails and 10 mons drive to centre of Sheffiled. David from the restaurant provided highly professional and helpful service for our breakfast. All in all, we would consider staying at this hotel again if we visit this area again.

Robin, on the reception desk, was very professional and friendly and gave me a very warm welcome and a great first impression. The hotel, being directly attached to the Winter Garden, has a great central location and is less than ten minutes by foot to the train station (which is all wheelchair and suitcase accessible). All the breakfast staff were also attentive and helpful even early in the morning.

The location is convenient, close to the city centre yet peaceful enough to rest. It made moving between meetings and personal time easy, something I truly appreciated. The room was modern, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the lighting soft, and everything worked perfectly. It was not about luxury, but about thoughtful comfort that helps you recharge. Breakfast offered a good variety and the restaurant had a calm atmosphere that made mornings feel easy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. What stood out the most was the consistency. Every part of the stay felt dependable and well cared for. That sense of steadiness made it easy to relax and focus on the purpose of the trip. Accommodation was simple, comfortable and spotless. Was close to the Sheffield Ice - where I was going. Lots of places to eat close by. Certainly recommend this place for anyone attending Sheffield Ice.

The hotel is about a mile or so from the City centre and on a side road. I found it was very clean and the room was comfortable. There was a good shower and tea and coffee to drink. The staff there do an excellent job and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. I would visit again for sure.

Очень стандартный. Недалеко от Meadow Hall. Многие помещения закрыты, а дверь снаружи заколочена. Был там только на боксе, поэтому не проводил много времени в отеле. Подходит, если нужно недорогое место для ночлега.

Nice clean hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, everything you need. I had an issue with the radiator on the first night as it just wouldn't turn off, this was quickly sorted once I told a member of staff. On my last night I couldn't get into my room with the keycard, it was already gone midnight so I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep, It took 2 trip's to reception from the top floor before this was resolved which left me quite annoyed. On my last morning I paid for breakfast, It was a little disappointing, very basic selection on the continental side and the sausages were very poor quality and couldn't eat. There is however a Toby carvery across the road where I had breakfast the day before at a cheaper price, I would recommend going there instead

The location is good and safe. Even though they don’t have room service, but the staffs are really nice. The breakfast doesn’t have that many options, but tasty! The toilet is clean.
