Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

One of the female receptionist inadvertently claimed that we had consumed one of the item from the bar which was certainly inaccurate. This situation got somewhat embarrassing as she didn’t believed in us until Mr Inderpal Singh the Front End Manager got involved and resolved the unfounded claim.

Stay is really good. Location near by goldan temple approx only 2 min for walk. Food is also good and less spicy for kids Amenities and services is too good

Sagar at the reception and Parmeshwar the restaurant manager were very hospitable and courteous.. the trip overall was a good experience

Двухзвездочный отель. Номер долгое время не убирался. Одеяло не чистили. На завтрак нет шведского стола. Отель расположен в переулке, поэтому мало солнечного света. Из-за этого создается негативное впечатление. Кроме того, чтобы получить дополнительную услугу, например, полотенце, приходится ждать 30 минут. С едой все в порядке, но в остальном все раздражает. Чтобы получить любую услугу, приходится каждый раз звонить на ресепшн. Вывод: двухзвездочный отель, только для холостяков.

From the moment we arrived at Welcomhotel ITC Amritsar, we were greeted with a warm and heartfelt welcome that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. We were celebrating our honeymoon, and to our delight, our room was beautifully decorated for the occasion. It was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly spacious — a perfect haven for relaxation and celebration. Dinner was an absolute highlight — a true 5-star experience. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Chef Jaspal, whose culinary skills made our meal unforgettable. The dining staff were extremely attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout. The pool area was equally impressive — clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. We also greatly appreciated the late checkout, which allowed us some extra time to relax and enjoy the hotel’s excellent facilities. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our stay special. Having stayed in many hotels in Amritsar over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Our stay at SureStay Heritage Walk Amritsar was truly memorable. The hotel boasts an excellent location — just steps away from Harmandir Sahib, making it incredibly convenient for multiple visits, especially for early morning or late evening darshan. Being situated in the heart of the heritage walk area also means you are surrounded by vibrant streets and what can only be described as a true food paradise. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very comfortable — a pleasant surprise given the prime location within the old city. Check-in was smooth and efficiently handled, setting a positive tone for our stay. A special mention to Sarjan, Sohail, and Gurmeet — the concierge team — for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Their helpfulness and cheerful attitude made a real difference to our experience. The restaurant at SureStay was outstanding. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant managers who ensured that meals were freshly prepared and served straight from the oven. Every dish was flavorful and satisfying, reflecting genuine care in preparation and service. Overall, SureStay Heritage Walk offers comfort, convenience, and heartfelt Punjabi hospitality — an excellent choice for anyone visiting Amritsar.

Какое прекрасное пребывание у меня было в этом чудесном отеле! От превосходного обслуживания (ресепшн, носильщик, уборка номеров, персонал ресторана) до чистоты и очень современного вида отеля. Я попросил отель организовать украшение номера к годовщине моей свадьбы, и г-н Манодж Шарма превзошел все ожидания, украсив номер красивым тортом, что стало приятным сюрпризом для моей жены. Еда в ресторане восхитительна, и независимо от того, завтрак это шведский стол, послеобеденный чай или ужин, качество остается на высшем уровне, а обслуживание еще лучше благодаря превосходному персоналу. Отель расположен прямо в районе Холл Базар, что позволяет легко передвигаться пешком по магазинам, а также всего в 5-10 минутах езды от Шри Хармандир Сахиб. Честно говоря, для 4-звездочного отеля здесь были люди, еда и удобства 5-звездочного отеля. Мне понравилось все в этом отеле, и, отпраздновав здесь годовщину своей свадьбы, я всегда буду помнить этот отель и свою поездку в Амритсар, Индия.

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again
