I was escorted all the way from the arrival hall by Sunil, Who also chauffeured me in a brand new comfortable Tahoe. His driving was superb. At the hotel's reception was greeted by Dovi, who took care of my reservation and made sure everything is sorted. The room is clean & comfy. I loved the bedside full room controller device. I could turn on/off all lights individually or all at once, turn on/off both ”Do Not Disturb” & ”Clean Service”, control the AC, all while being lazy in bed. However, I really have an issue with the bathroom. Firstly, the listing says there's a bathtub. However , there wasn't one. It was a walk-in shower. Secondly, that shower had a really bad floor drain & slope. The water would run over the very shallow shower floor & lip/edge/step to the entire bathroom. My solution was to roll the foot towel & place it at that edge. The training room was excellent. The snacks were great. Saniya took care of us & made sure everything was comfortable for us. I am aware that it's not the hotel's issue, but they really could find proper energy backup solutions. That 2 hours government blackout/loud shedding is no joke. Lights, AC, everything goes off except the elevators & the water luckily. I was chauffeured by Shaikhe for my airport dropoff & it was as great of an experience as the airport pickup.

Вид из окон на миллион. Очень красивый заказ. Чисто. В мини баре напитки и снейки. Завтрак супер. Далековато от Кувейта, но у них есть трансфер. Персонал вежливый, попросил позднее выселение, сделали бесплатно до 16.00. Спасибо. Номер просторный. Отель понравился

Very nice and clean hotel, excellent service and amazing food! The location is very convenient next to the supermarket and other places. It worths every penny!

Недавно я останавливался в отеле Dolphin Continental и остался очень доволен. Персонал был невероятно приветливым и отзывчивым, благодаря чему я чувствовал себя очень желанным гостем на протяжении всего пребывания. Расположение отеля было фантастическим: поблизости было легко добраться до множества ресторанов и других достопримечательностей. Я настоятельно рекомендую отель Dolphin Continental всем, кто ищет комфортный и удобный отдых.

Комната не очень большая, но обстановка по-прежнему хорошая. В целом все в порядке, и обслуживание довольно хорошее. Завтрак был нормальный, типичный для стран Ближнего Востока. Сеть в номере в порядке, скорость довольно быстрая. Эта цена вполне приемлема в Кувейте, всем рекомендую.

Персонал был добрым и отзывчивым, и огромное спасибо шеф-повару, который каждое утро помогал мне готовить эти чудесные веганские местные пикантные блинчики заатар!!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, alles alt und teilweise kaputt. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett u. hilfsbereit. Aber ehrlich, das Hotel ist bei dieser Ausstattung den Preis nicht wert. Werde definitiv nächstes Mal woanders übernachten.
