We enjoyed our one night stay. It was easy to locate the hotel. The front desk manager was courteous and friendly and helpful. The hotel room was cozy, clean and spacious. We had a nice view of Palmy from the hotel room. There was an AC, a mini fridge, hot water, kettle, coffee, black tea, flavoured tea, milk and sugar available in the room. Unfortunately, you have to bring your own bottle of water, toothbrush & toothpaste. No hairdryer. Very comfortable bed & mattress. There's also a gymnastic and laundry facility available. Parking facility was available for the hotel's customers. Pak n Save was just across the street. There was also Burger King, Thai restaurants, a pub and some other eating spot nearby. There was breakfast and dinner available upon purchase at the hotel. Part of the hotel is under renovation. We reached there in the late afternoon and left around 10 a.m so most probably, this could be the reason we didn't hear any noise. We really wish we could stay more than a night and get the chance to explore Palmy a bit more.

Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный, в зависимости от цены. и расположение, я даю ему пятизвездочный рейтинг.

I stopped here just because I was tired of driving. There are a bunch of restaurants around and a supermarket, so in that sense, the location is good, but I don't think there is much interesting in the proximity. The room was great: very clean, spacious, the shower was clean and the towels smelled fresh. Even the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash were very nice, not like the regular cheap stuff you get. So all in all a great place to have a rest.

Ich war schon im letzten Jahr in dem Motel und es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Deshalb bin ich in diesem Jahr wieder hin und ich kann nur sagen, freundlich ist noch nicht übertrieben. Dieses Jahr alleine und in der Hütte untergebracht mit gemeinsamen Wasch/ und Duschgelegenheit. Hat vollkommen ausgereicht. Wurde vom Motel zum Startplatz des Tongariro gebracht und am Ende wieder abgeholt. Einfach nur super! Ich bin über 75 Jahre und ich spreche nur schlecht englisch. Aber die Inhaberin hat mir unter den Gästen einen Familie aus Deutschland vermittelt, die übersetzt hat. Super! Ein Einsatz der nur gelobt werden kann.

Управляющий был невероятно добр и дружелюбен. Условие номера было отличным; по нашему вечеру менеджер тщательно подогрел для нас комнату. Пространная ванная комната, с ремнями безопасности для пожилых людей / несовершеннолетних, была впечатляющей. Наши дети наслаждались Netflix. Завтрак, поставленный лично менеджером с 7:30 утра, был вкусным, и теплая гостеприимность в квантном столовой создала памятный опыт для нашей семьи. Особая благодарность очаровательному везучему и менеджеру за эти драгоценные воспоминания. Мы обязательно посетите снова.

Отличный номер в хорошем отеле. Окружен простой, но красивой территорией. Отель находится в пешей доступности от многих городских достопримечательностей. Персонал также был дружелюбным. Тренажерный зал был не очень пригоден для использования и нуждался в некотором ремонте, но в целом это хорошее место для проживания.

We had a great stay! Front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms and the place was clean. We arrived at the start of winter season, not too many guests so we had the place almost to ourselves. The amenities was great, they had a lot of DVDs for entertainment, and the common kitchen was clean and well maintained. We also ate at the cafe which was delicious. The location was walking distance to the groceries, the tourist information center and other eateries. Overall a great stay!

The room was clean and уютно, the only drawback was the bathroom and the toilet area was too small. The staff were very friendly and the food in the hotel's restaurant was the best tastes with the best prices. Я очень рекомендую попробовать там еду. Мы вернемся, если снова посетим соседнюю область.

Suitable for those who look for serenity, strategic location with scenic view of Mount Ngaruhoe right at the entrance if the weather is good. Clean and tidy kitchen area with plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils for cooking. The only downside I would nitpick is that the hot tub is located by the roadside so there’s not much privacy around.
