We have a great stay at this hotel. Its very clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided by the hotel is really great too! It is also near to tourist attractions and good food places.

Carpet in the guest room we were given was very dirty and stained.  The smoking area was right beside our outdoor space (booked non smoking).  However, they were accommodating in giving us another room.  Couldn’t get over the initial disappointment so we are glad our stay was only 1 night.

Это был наш первый опыт проживания в 5-звездочном отеле в Новой Зеландии, и мы были удивлены, что уровень обслуживания довольно низкий по сравнению с другими 5-звездочными отелями в Азии. Есть небольшой бассейн с подогревом, вмещающий максимум 6 человек. Бассейн и сауна были в порядке, но паровая баня не работала. Обслуживание было неплохим, а завтрак отличным. В следующий раз рассмотрим другое место.

Какое потрясающее место для проживания! В каждом уголке отеля безупречная детализация. Декор прекрасен, а номера просто великолепны. Единственное, что я бы отметила, это подушки. Они были не очень удобными.

Was a good one... It was a pleasant trip I had. The location of the hotel was good too. Super friendly staff and good hotel. Will definitely come back again. Breakfast was really impressive. The only sad thing would be.... Super limited parking

We loved everything about the stay. The owner/manager served us enthusiastically. The food is consistently of a high standard and a very relaxed and pleasant dining experience. The staff go above and beyond cheerfully. Since finding Hidden Lake Hotel, we have not stayed anywhere else when travelling from Auckland to Taupo via Cambridge and intend to spend more time there in future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 — Comfortable, Clean, and Great for a Short Stay This isn’t a fancy or high-end hotel, but it’s definitely a great place to spend a couple of nights—especially if you’re visiting Rotorua and Taupō. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which is really all you need for a short stay when you’re out exploring most of the day. Don’t expect 5-star facilities or luxury features, but the overall experience is solid and very safe too. The stay was pleasant, the environment was tidy, and it offered good value for money. A reliable and convenient option for travellers passing through or wanting a simple base to explore the area.

A tiny motel, has basic amenities. Didn't know there's a communal kitchen until we were leaving. It's a good stop over point, but most of the town closes either early or has long weekends, so make sure you have supplies beforehand. When we arrived there there was no reception, had a number and person to ring, the entrance is a bit tricky ”around the back”...yep that's exactly what it is.

Номер, в котором мы остановились (таунхаус с тремя спальнями), был частью старого мотеля по соседству, который был приобретен и интегрирован в Quality Inn Acapulco. Он очень старый и устаревший, многие удобства изношены до конца срока службы. Тем не менее, мотель чистый и удобный.
