Мы провели здесь 4 ночи. Я забронировал номер с видом на море, но мне сказали, что мне повысили категорию номера до номера с джакузи. Хотя джакузи было приятным и расслабляющим, вид на море был довольно ограниченным, что немного разочаровало. Отель расположен в уединённой и тихой части острова. Здесь есть отличный интернет и неплохой тренажёрный зал на открытом воздухе. Поскольку отель расположен прямо у моря, вы можете наслаждаться прогулками или бегом вдоль побережья до ближайшего города Маврикианон. Важно отметить, что у отеля нет прямого выхода к морю. Чтобы искупаться, нужно идти либо на пляж Плака, где нужно потратить не менее 40 евро с человека на шезлонг, либо на пляж Маврикианон, где стоимость шезлонга гораздо ниже – 5 евро с человека за весь день. Пляж Маврикианон очень приятный и находится недалеко от рынков, где можно купить напитки. Неподалеку есть несколько хороших мест, где можно вкусно поесть и выпить, например, Rudi’s Bar, паб в британском стиле, и Porto Rino, где подают отличную пиццу. Обязательно пропустите Nico’s Fish Tavern и загляните в Ferryman — не пожалеете. Больше всего нас расстроило отсутствие москитных сеток на окнах. Спать с открытыми окнами было не очень удобно, хотя естественный бриз был чудесным. В нашем номере был кондиционер, но мы часто с ним болеем. Также был потолочный вентилятор, но жаль лишать себя свежего воздуха только из-за отсутствия сетки. Завтрак тоже разочаровал. Выбор был очень скудным, кофе был невкусным, а омлеты пережаренными. Самым неудобным моментом нашего пребывания стала парковка. Каждый раз приходится отмечаться у охраны, что кажется излишним и отнимает много времени. Создавалось впечатление, что мы въезжаем в зону строгого режима, а не на курорт. В целом, это был хороший опыт с некоторыми приятными функциями, но за такую цену ему не хватает комфорта и удобства в нескольких ключевых областях. .

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or a base to explore Crete, The Royal Senses delivers on every front. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the island, with easy access to nearby beaches, charming villages, and historical sites. The staff also went above and beyond to offer recommendations and assist with arranging excursions. Magnificent property with spacious rooms all with magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea. Great breakfast, dinner @ Cremos restaurant for dinner was great. Another restaurant in the resort at Acro suites would be nice. Location was a bit remote if you wanted to eat away rom resort. Spa facilities were exceptional

Отель очень хороший, с красивой обстановкой. Есть свой пляж. Очень удобно лежать на пляже и слушать море, а воду подает официант. Обслуживание тоже было хорошим. Так как мы остановились на четверых, нам предоставили дополнительную кровать и постелили на татами одеяло, что было очень заботливо.

Весь персонал был потрясающим. Очень дружелюбным и услужливым. Они заботились о нас как о членах семьи. Особенно персонал пляжного бара был на высоте. Мы были с большой группой друзей, и они были очень внимательны и добавили много смеха и веселья в наш опыт. Я бы очень рекомендовал этот отель.

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.
