Terrible experience. We booked two rooms with breakfast through the trip.com platform reservation no. 16888963xxxxxxxx. When we arrived at this hotel the manager shown to us a paper coming from *******.com saying that we booked only rooms without breakfast!!!. They did NOT accept the trip.com confirmation which clearly indicates that we had paid rooms and breakfast. After discussions !!! the manager accepted to pay only one room breakfast. The problem is who is going to return my money back ( for the one room paid breakfast)????. Finally why trip.com passed wrong information to *******.com ???? Regarding now the room : one was OK, the other was very small unacceptable for a 4* stars hotel, without heating and the main door lock out of order, the TV device not working. After complains the manager change to an other room. This hotel opened for Easter 2026 vacations without to be fully prepared to accept tourist. Around the hotel there is nothing (shops or village). As conclusion 1. the hotel needs a professional hotel-manager and a technical-support team 2 why trip.com passed wrong order to *******.com????? 3. who will return my breakfast-money back??????

Checked in late at night but went as smooth as possible. Ocean view room was spacious and clean. Fresh, nicely pressed sheets on the bed. The breakfast should not be missed, fruit, meats, cheeses and hot food as well - I don't why but recommend the rice pudding I was a big fan 😅. Having your breakfast as you look upon the ocean is blissful. Gym gets the job done if you know what you're doing. Pool is big and welcoming. Bar is open until ”1AM” or there abouts. Personnel are accommodating and helpful. 15min walk from the town. Plenty of delightful restaurants in and around the town. Costa Rica has some excellent gyros. Costa dock is ~10min taxi to catch water taxis to the Spetsas etc - which is great in its own right. Great value, very comfortable stay, solid location, and exceptional personnel. 5/5 would recommend.

Nafplio 非常棒的海濱酒店。幾步之遙就是海邊，海邊的公共停車場免費。房間有個小陽台，有太陽的時光可以坐在户外的陽台上喝咖啡。酒店的餐廳環境和早餐都非常棒，讓我尤為感動的是第三天一早我們要早餐時間前離開趕飛機，酒店前一晚送來了早餐盒，實際上是把全套的兩份早餐搬到了客房，麪包、甜品、雞蛋、酸奶、水果盤、蜂蜜，太豐盛了！前台美麗的小姐姐推薦的海鮮餐廳也太棒了，是家傳承了150年五代的家族餐廳。 以後如果再來小鎮，首選3-sixty

This 4-star mountain hotel has a nice atmosphere. The room was comfortable, although the decoration made it feel a bit like a Barbie house, which may not be to everyone’s taste. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent, definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience with good service and quality dining.

Второе и, вероятно, последнее пребывание в этом месте. Персонал любезный, но номера («стандартные», «уютные») настолько маленькие, что в них не помещается даже одна тележка! Можете себе представить совершенно новый 4-звездочный отель, где вы не можете открыть свою сумку из-за нехватки места? Звукоизоляции нет — мы слышали каждого прохожего, каждую открывающуюся дверь или крики детей, не говоря уже о ванной комнате соседей. Завтрак ниже греческих стандартов — очень ограниченный выбор вегетарианских и полезных блюд; арахисовое масло низкого качества с пальмовым маслом, кофе платный, а свежего апельсинового сока нет. Нет лосьона для тела — даже если позвонить на ресепшн. В городе так много отличных вариантов, нет необходимости возвращаться в Наус.

Это было на удивление хорошо, завтрак был очень обильным, а вокруг было очень тихо. Это очень подходило для отдыха во время долгой поездки в Афины.

The hotel was simply excellent! The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything well maintained. Breakfast was rich and delicious, offering plenty of options for everyone. The location is perfect – close to main attractions yet quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed to the fullest our night in Anemos! The reception lady was super friendly and thoughtful. A very clean, modern and aiconditioned room with all the amenities welcomed us after our long and hot trip to the beach near Naflio. Our room was equipped with clean towels, pairs of bath flippers, a hairdryer, shampoos, a coffee/tea corner and caramels. The hotel is in a very good location, just a few minutes away from the port of the city. We definitely recommend it :)
