Центральный Лусон, Филиппины: отели категории 4 звезды

Этот курорт предлагает комплексное расслабление с великолепным видом и чистым пляжем Субик-Бей. Номера довольно старые, но в них все равно удобно спать. Надеюсь, они смогут заменить изголовье кровати, чтобы уменьшить количество падающей щепы, поскольку она немного старая. Весь курорт отличный, им просто нужно улучшить свои номера и вестибюль. Персонал замечательный, спасибо персоналу бара, особенно Арвину, во время ночной смены. Также к серверу ресторана для завтрака во время нашего пребывания, одному из старейших сотрудников, 15 лет, которого я встретил много лет назад, и который до сих пор там. Просто забыл имя куя/татай. Все тот же образцовый сервис.

Отель расположен недалеко от квартала красных фонарей, что неплохо, если вам это нравится. В 5 минутах ходьбы находится большой торговый центр, его легко найти. Персонал на ресепшене/швейцар были превосходны. Ресторан был в лучшем случае средним. За пределами отеля есть гораздо лучшая еда. Несколько раз ходил в Tequila Grill, заказывал еду в отель через Grab. Очень удобно. В целом, довольно хороший отель за свою цену. Отличный бассейн, хотя всю неделю шел дождь, он все равно выглядит хорошо. Я бы остановился здесь снова, номера с балконом стоят своих денег, можно сидеть на улице, пить/курить и любоваться видом на город.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

Связаться с ними было ужасным опытом, так как вам нужно пройти через их службу поддержки клиентов. Дал свой номер бронирования через TRIP.com и сказал, что не могу найти свой номер бронирования. Позвонил снова и поговорил с другим бесполезным агентом, на этот раз его имя было «Ханц». Все, что я спросил, это могут ли они соединить меня с филиалом Pampanga или просто дать мне номер, но они этого не сделали. Вместо этого мне сказали связаться с ними через социальные сети, что было неприятно, так как контактный номер там тоже не опубликован. Я тоже филиппинец, но, мягко говоря, всегда стресс, когда приходится иметь дело с простыми вопросами здесь. И, скорее всего, больше не буду бронировать!

Мне нравится это место, ты чувствуешь старую атмосферу, когда заходишь внутрь домов, мне также нравятся истории каждого дома, выбор еды ограничен, и она довольно дорогая, но лучшая пицца «Маргарита», которую я ем, находится в итальянском ресторане, там она потрясающая. Персонал очень дружелюбный и услужливый, а также приятное место для посещения.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Great Stay at Park Inn Clark! We stayed overnight at Park Inn Clark as a group of two, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area. One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. Since our stay coincided with a peak period due to conferences, the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. It would help if the hotel could streamline room assignments in advance during busy seasons to ensure a smoother, faster check-in for all guests. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Park Inn Clark again. Highly recommended!

This has been our favorite hotel to stay in subic. Tho our recent stay is not as pleasant as before. Had a minor problem with our room but the front desk ( Sir JP ) was so kind enough to resolve the issue and as usual the staff are so nice and professional especially at the restaurant. I hope segara suites will upgrade and renovate the rooms as it needs a major upgrade on everything. All in all this place will be our first option in Subic.

Review of La Jolla Resort (April 17–19, 2025) ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) We stayed at La Jolla Resort during Holy Week (April 17–19, 2025), and while there were definite highlights, a few issues kept it from being a five-star experience. What we liked: - The food was excellent—everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. - The resort grounds and our room were clean and well-maintained, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. - Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. - We appreciated the Holy Week activities, which added a nice, thoughtful touch to the overall stay. What could be improved: - The shuttle service was extremely disappointing. Delays were poorly communicated and ended up making us late for an important commitment. - After check-out, we hosted some guests for lunch, but we were only allowed access to the day tour area, which felt like a downgrade—especially after being paying guests. A bit more flexibility here would’ve gone a long way. - Our bathroom had some plumbing issues, which was inconvenient and not what we expected given the overall cleanliness of the room. La Jolla definitely has its strong points—particularly the food and staff—but the logistical hiccups and lack of guest accommodation after check-out need to be addressed to deliver a truly premium experience.
