This Space Residency is a new building that hasn't been built long, so it's clean and quiet. The owner is kind and responds quickly. You can also use amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, karaoke, and dance room on the 12th floor. KSL City Mall and many food courts are nearby, you can easily find shops, beauty, and spas around this building. However, CNY is approaching, so the sound of fireworks is often heard from morning until late at night. If you stay at this accommodation during a major holiday, you should be able to tolerate this kind of noise.

У меня был невероятный опыт пребывания в этом отеле. Кровать была исключительно удобной, что обеспечило отличный ночной сон. Персонал был дружелюбным и внимательным, всегда готовым помочь с улыбкой. Я особенно оценил, как они старались изо всех сил помочь мне спланировать свой день с учетом местных достопримечательностей.

Generally clean. Room is not soundproof, and we can hear our neighbours. Bottled water not provided, but can be purchased over reception. Pretty comfortable stay considering the price.

This hotel provides complimentary parking in the basement which is a huge carpark catered for the convention crowd. Our room is huge for three pax. The open air carpark beside the hotel is an approved fireworks/fire crackers letting off ground during Chinese New Year 2026. Hence there is frequent bomb bomb sound at night during our stay. Food is easy to find in the hotel vicinity. Hotel breakfast buffet is very basic. No service staff will make you scrambled or sunny side eggs.
