Хотя номера в этом отеле действительно довольно маленькие, его расположение превосходное, прямо в центре города, что делает его невероятно удобным. До городской ратуши всего несколько минут ходьбы. Удобства очень комфортабельные. В лобби есть круглосуточный кофейный бар, на каждом этаже в лифтах есть бары с водой, а также самообслуживание при выезде без очередей. В целом, мое пребывание было очень комфортным.

This was a first class experience!! From the valet parking and bellhops when we arrived to the gorgeous room and view!! Super cool amenities, we really enjoyed the pool, exceptional!! We would definitely recommend going to Mount Airy and we are looking forward to coming back again! Shout out to the amazing staff at the hotel for being very helpful and accommodating!

Прямо в центре города, снаружи есть экскурсионные автобусы, и близко к Чайнатауну, так что очень удобно есть. Номер в башне большой и удобный; но немного сложновато ходить. Если вас не смущают бездомные, это все равно хороший выбор.

Great place. Great food and bar. NOT a place to relax. To many screaming kids in the pool and hot tub. Its a hot tub to relax.not a wading pool for the little ones.

The staff, room, and location were excellent. I wished my room had a fridge

We inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, ”it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm.” We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that ”because you're third party.....” Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were ”third party.” I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were ”third party.” Well, the ”guaranteed” time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were ”third party” and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were ”third party”, apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit.

Everything about this hotel from staff, location, services,cleanliness, the pool area to food was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for making our stay perfect. Would recommend.
