Отель в сельской местности, чистый и гигиеничный, с бесплатной парковкой. Вы можете увидеть пейзаж, когда выходите из дома или находитесь в номере. Я много раз останавливался в этом отеле и сделал много фотографий в Госау.

Very nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort. However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course. It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all. I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution.

My stay was exemplary, characterized by a prime location and outstanding facilities. The room’s cleanliness was maintained to the highest standards, and the culinary offerings were truly world-class. Above all, the staff’s professional service ensured a seamless experience from check-in to departure.

Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, walking distance to the train station and historic part of the city, restaurants, shops and a supermarket as well as public transportation are all nearby. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Three nights. Staff are professional, helpful and nice. When the sink got blocked, they immediately resolved the issue. The location of the hotel is perfect. Next to the old town where you can have cafés,restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The hotel gave us free bottled water whenever we need. The room withThe breakfast place is next to the lake where you can eat breakfast while enjoying a panoramic view of the lake. The hotel is also opposite the bus station if you go to Salzburg or Bad Ischl.

Love this hotel! The breakfast is nice and they offer sparkling/still water all day. There is a sauna and a gym and many places to rest with a good view of the river.

Была только одна бутылка воды, что типично для европейских отелей, но, к счастью, воду можно купить в супермаркете в городе. В отеле есть спа-бассейн и сауна, которые, вероятно, бесплатны для гостей. Однако температура воды в термальном источнике была не очень высокой; я не особо чувствовал тепло… Чистота: Очень чисто. Окружение: До отеля можно дойти пешком от вокзала, примерно за десять минут, по главной торговой улице города. Но здесь тихо и недалеко от концертного зала. Обслуживание: Отличное. Завтрак заслуживает особой похвалы; он был очень обильным и вкусным.
