This is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have ******* lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

Отель Floral в Нанкине ПРОСТО ЛУЧШИЙ. Во-первых, девушки на стойке регистрации просто замечательные. Они очень любезны и гостеприимны. Они помогли нам с сыном забронировать билеты на специальный танцевальный спектакль «Гроза» Цао Юя – настоящее удовольствие для гостей! Традиционные завтраки, которые подаются каждое утро, тоже были вкусными и стали прекрасным началом дня. Во-вторых, владелец отеля тоже исключительный – он приложил все усилия, чтобы отвезти нас на вокзал рано утром. В-третьих, расположение отеля просто великолепное – в пешей доступности от Лаоменьдуна. В Нанкине нет лучшего места, чем это место, настолько удобное и в то же время оживлённое. Столько мест, где можно поесть, и достопримечательностей (в пешей доступности от Храма Конфуция). В-четвёртых, как сам отель, так и его расположение в новом жилом комплексе рядом с Лаоменьдуном, очень расслабляющие, тихие и со вкусом оформленные в традиционном китайском стиле. Сам Нанкин – очень важный город с богатой историей и традициями. Его нельзя пропустить. В целом, наше пребывание в отеле Floral Hotel было незабываемо прекрасным, и мы безмерно благодарны персоналу за то, что он сделал его таким! Надеемся вернуться снова.

Пребывание было просто отличным! Персонал на стойке регистрации очень приветливый и профессиональный, номер чистый и аккуратный, постельное белье удобное, спалось замечательно. Завтрак разнообразный, расположение удобное. Отличное соотношение цены и качества, обязательно выберу этот отель снова. Через задний вход отеля сразу попадаешь в живописный район Паньмэнь. Внешний дизайн отеля идеально гармонирует с ландшафтом, и сам отель так же красив, как и туристическая достопримечательность! Особенно хочу отметить высокую эффективность и компетентность менеджера-мужчины на ресепшене.

1. **服務周到，賓至如歸** 這次入住體驗非常棒！公寓工作人員的服務態度特別好，從入住到退房，每一個環節都讓人感到貼心。前台小姐姐熱情又耐心，還主動幫我升級了房型，房間視野超好，真的非常感謝！ 2. **房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全** 房間打掃得非常乾淨，床品柔軟舒適，睡得很香。浴室也很寬敞，熱水充足，洗浴用品質量不錯。細節做得很到位，住得很舒心。 4. **位置便利，周邊配套齊全** 酒店地理位置很好，附近有商場和地鐵站，出行非常方便。晚上還可以在周邊散步，感受城市的夜景，整體氛圍很放鬆。 5. **性價比高，推薦入住** 這次入住感覺物超所值，無論是房間設施還是服務質量都很滿意。下次來這個城市還會選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給朋友！

Теперь я могу сидеть здесь и говорить вам, что мы остановились в экологически чистом отеле, который, даже находясь внутри его высоких стеклянных окон, создает атмосферу на открытом воздухе. Я даже могу сидеть и говорить о бассейне с соленой водой, его современном тренажерном зале и перечислять все удобства; и я даже могу говорить о количестве номеров и о том, что прямо сейчас здесь проходит международный саммит. Каким-то образом это не будет говорить о моем опыте пребывания в этом отеле. Elements (от Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town действительно имеет все вышеперечисленное, НО что мне нравится в этом отеле, так это его персонал. Мне нравится тот факт, что они, кажется, всегда здесь. Я почему-то верю, что они живут на территории, потому что они всегда рядом. Утром, еще до того, как я захожу в салон, я слышу «Nǐ hǎo Marsha» от хозяина завтрака, а затем милая леди в салоне улыбается мне и приглашает меня к кофемашине, одновременно вручая мне 2 пакетика коричневого сахара. Она так быстро узнает мои утренние привычки. Five-Day Stay in Nanjing Check-in Experience We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

Также можно попробовать суп хого в стиле Сучжоу на улице Шаньтан, но это примерно одно и то же. 🔥 Небольшая терраса очень подходит для вечерних посиделок и бесед. 🔥 Наш менеджер Cola очень милая, когда в нашем номере было шумно, она сразу же зарезервировала для нас другой номер и порекомендовала несколько хороших ресторанов поблизости, очень терпеливая👍 Минусы: ⚡️ Хотелось бы побольше небольших сувениров, мы тоже их хотим. ⚡️ Поздно вечером может не хватать персонала, так что если заказываете доставку, придется немного подождать.
