Location: near LinFenXi High Speed Rail Station 临汾西站(10mins drive/ 20mins by local public transport to LuoGuQiaoTou 锣鼓桥头站). Best is that they provide pick-up and drop-off at HSR station, just make a call 3 hours in advance. I dont have local number, so I email them in advance before my trip, they replied my email and provide me their WeChat number so I can make reservation for the pick-up service at the station. Many local tours have pick-up and drop-off service near the hotel (junction outside the hotel), easy and convenient. Services: warm and welcoming services. Tea and drinks in the lobby, luggage storage as well. Room: clean big room, big screen TV, mini bar fridge, bathrobe and comfy king bed. Lavender shower shampoo, hand soap and body lotion, make me feel so so much relax. Laundry: laundry machine are free of charge (washer and dryer). Laundry room provide ironing equipment, books, drink as well. Definitely not get bored. Otherwise, can use phone connect their website to make a reminder while the laundry have done (so convenient). Gym Room: just opposite and same level of laundry room. Treadmill are so new. Breakfast: varieties of choice. Before that I already crave for coffee since it is not so common to find espresso in the local breakfast restaurant. Salad bar, local meatball soup, noodles, dumplings, wantons, boiled egg, fried egg, fried tomato with egg and local cooked food. So many choice and so satisfying. However they dont have egg omelette, it is fine for me. I found that even though not staying at LinFen city centre, it is still fine to stay here as the traffic here is convenient. And here is more quiet and more relax👍 The only thing I dont like is, some customer smoking in the lift and hotel lobby (even though there is a sign in the lift to advice not to smoke), definitely affecting those unlike smoking smell and sick of cigarette smell like me.

The staff upgraded us to a suite room upon check-in. Also provided daily fruit platter and 梨汤. Supper of 刀削面，egg and warm milk was great! Special commendation to 郭六女 for good service. Parking convenient.

Качество обслуживания в отеле очень высокое, персонал отзывчивый и внимательно обслуживает гостей. Мужчина-менеджер на стойке регистрации подарил ребенку магнит на холодильник, что очень порадовало ребенка. В гостевую комнату нам также каждый день приносили фрукты, которые были очень теплыми. Завтрак тоже отличный, разнообразный, вкусный и уникальный. Kempinski Hotel Taiyuan — хороший выбор для семей или деловых поездок.

Недавно я путешествовал и почувствовал себя плохо из-за непривычной еды. Особенно хочу поблагодарить сотрудников стойки регистрации, Юаньюань и Чай Янь. После выезда они заметили, что мне нездоровится, и предоставили мне одноразовые тапочки, воду и грелки, что сделало поездку более комфортной и облегчило дискомфорт. Они были очень внимательны и приветливы. Это пребывание было поистине чудесным и выгодным. Пять звёзд – это просто необходимо! Пожалуйста, поставьте этим двум женщинам большой палец вверх! Спасибо!

We booked at Fengqi jiuting hotel on a family trip to Taiyuan and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is super convenient, on the edge of the bustling Zhong Lou Jie area, with so many food and dining options accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious, with heated floors (a godsend in winter), and nice amenities. It’s a beautiful hotel decked out with contemporary art and was a pleasure to stay at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made our trip that much easier. Would definitely recommend.

The service was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. There isn’t very much around the area but the stay was comfortable. The bed could be more comfortable and offer better refreshments in the room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Я собирался в Хэншань и заранее остановился в округе Хунюань.Отель находится в 10 минутах езды от Хэншаня и храма Сюанькун, очень близко и в 2 км от древнего города. Достоинства:Отель находится прямо на обочине, легко найти.Много парковочных мест.Номер довольно большой.Санузел разделен на влажную и сухую, относительно чисто и опрятно.Можно отдохнуть и попить чай на татами.Внизу есть ресторан,если не хочется идти куда-то поесть.Здесь все сделано и еда не дорогая. Недостатки: Со стороны улицы, где мы остановились, было немного шумно.Перед отелем есть земля, поэтому было немного агрессивно. В целом все в порядке

We’ll located with many restaurant options across the road. Only 50 m from Subway B1 entry for easy access to the older parts of the city. Hotel is truly 5 star with great facilities. Not many tourists seem to use this hotel but it is luxurious and the stay was excellent.
