A very good and convenient location with unstandingly friendly and helpful staff. The room, however, is just what you need as even toilet paper has to be asked for at the reception. I’d say you get what you pay for.

Check in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.

Great service.. amazing breakfast. Packed in a lovely atmosphere.. a little more and we would have a small Wes Anderson hotel.. with a soul.

I had a great stay, better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service and the breakfast was top of the line service. I approached anything with an open mind, I truly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, the location was perfect.

Was a good experience. Service and food was good. Only hot water doesn’t work

ALAN Y MELANIE. Muy. Profesionales, y me ayudaron muchísimo!

It is definitely a good option for business trip, as their business facilities are very accessible

Very good well located hotel with very nice food. Good service. Overall, no complaints
