Окружение: Удобное Чистота: Чисто и аккуратно. Вида из окна нет, есть кондиционер, а рядом высокие здания. Комната не маленькая для одного человека, но для двоих кажется немного тесной. Расположение отличное.

Фотографии обещают больше, чем предлагает отель. Все немного изношено. Если у вас номер с видом на улицу, то будет довольно шумно. На кухне нет мыла, губки и прочего. Поддержки со стороны персонала ноль. Доступ в Интернет также медленный В целом соотношение цена-качество вообще не подходит.

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

Очень чистые апартаменты с прекрасным видом, кровать очень удобная, в номере есть все необходимое для приготовления чая и кофе, а также телевизор. Завтрак разнообразный и сытный, обслуживание отличное. Персонал дружелюбный и очень услужливый, с такси, что было превосходно. Мы определенно вернемся сюда для прекрасного, тихого расслабляющего отдыха. Это немного «в стороне», но определенно стоит остановиться.

Очень хороший, чистый и аккуратный отель, есть отличные удобства, такие как бассейн, сауна и тренажерный зал, поздний выезд, что тоже приятно, единственный недостаток - немного дальше идти до типичных туристических достопримечательностей и мест, чем до большинства других. Тем не менее, определенно можно дойти пешком.

7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

Не то, что я ожидал от роскошного отеля. Теперь я думаю, были ли простыни вообще чистыми и что это были за пятна. Будучи очень уставшим, я отпустил ситуацию и уснул подальше от пятен. Пошёл принять душ. Через две минуты я заметил, что вода не уходит, а уровень поднимается. Пришлось сократить время принятия душа и прервать его, намылив ноги, чтобы вода стекла, прежде чем затопить душевую кабину. Выходя из номера утром перед вылетом, я заметил, что дверь не была заперта, пока я спал, потому что защёлка застряла в двери. Думаю, я бы просто оставил в отеле записку о душевой кабине и двери и не писал бы этот отзыв, но испачканное покрывало на кровати неприемлемо за ту цену, которую я заплатил.

Our first trip to Europe, so there were things that I imagine are very European. Tiny elevators and key card access to power your room were a first for us. We were only there for one night before leaving on a cruise, but overall I was very happy with our stay. The front desk check in was excellent and the breakfast spread was outstanding. The loud returning guest at 1:30 in the morning were the only irritant, and that was bad guests and not the hotels fault.
