Валье-дель-Каука, Колумбия: отели, где есть С тренажерным залом

Al reservar para una fecha la aplicación me dió otra fecha diferente y reservé con este error. Solicité en el hotel modificarla y me informaron que debía tratar esto con Trip. Envié la información a Trip y me respondieron que el hotel no había aceptado modificación o cancelación por sus políticas. El caso es que me parece muy mal hecho de las dos empresas. No vuelvo a confiar en ninguna de las dos. Fuí súper cliente de NH Cali Royal y lo recomendé mucho. Ya llevo dos expereiencias muy aburridoras con la reserva o solicitud de habitación.

Отель очень хороший. За отелем находится торговый центр и супермаркет. Это очень удобно. Завтрак немного однообразный.

Personal was not friendly. Only give two towels. We were 3 person in the room. I always asking for extra towel. As a question they don’t know anything. I try to cancel first day. I didn’t like how ungrateful personal. I couldn’t cancel it . Not recommended it

Low water pressure, basically no hot water in shower. The restaurant food was good..Safe area, walking distance to a variety of restaurants.Adding a few English television stations would be great.

El hotel es bonito y sus habitaciones están bien, pero no había servicio de restaurante nocturno y la mini nevera de la habitación estaba vacía. Al menos debería tener agua en botella para consumo de los huéspedes.

The best place to have relax in Cali, do business and make shopping. Is really amazing please and the people are soo kind. Recommend

Very safe location. Amenities are great and so is the staff. Very attentive. 2nd stay here and will come back again.

Ya he estado antes y no hay dudas de que en cualquier parte del mundo esta cadena no falla los chicos de recepción increíbles todos muy amables u atentos. La comida y el desayuno fantásticos
