Otherwise amazing hotel plagued by rude staff and tour buses. First, this a hotel is used by Americans in bus tours - expect hundreds of them any given time. Second, the staff is incredibly rude. We had an issue with our keys and the reception employee, Ana Belen, refused to help us or even try to understand the issue. TV turned up by itself in the middle of the night. The toilet flush situation is terrible, there is simply no pressure. The good thing, hotel is nearby the Cloud Reserve, breakfast is good and pool looks good.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights. Very clean and comfortable and excellent friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pools and tennis courts, also pool tables. For those into fitness there is a Gym on the property with all sorts of equipment for exercising. Ipad size safe in the room. WIFI, breakfast, and onsite parking included. Would definately return someday....hopefully for a longer stay.

Это довольно стандартный отель «все включено». Персонал был дружелюбным и услужливым, а территория отеля – приятной. Еда тоже была хорошей. Идеально подходит для проживания на 1-2 ночи. Номера сейчас нуждаются в ремонте. Тем не менее, я бы все равно рекомендовал этот отель всем, кто ищет недорогой вариант «все включено».

Обслуживание в этом отеле исключительное, персонал хорошо обучен и очень любезен. Этот отель сделал мое пребывание еще лучше, здесь можно увидеть множество животных, вы практически в дикой природе. Еда отличная.

They spoil you here! They have a WhatsApp set up for their guest services and it made it all the more spoiled. I was at the spa and I needed ice for my drink that I brought there and all I did was message and they brought it right to me. The food was great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was free shuttle service to Agua Azules and the town, which was perfect because we booked parasailing with Agua Azules and they dropped us off right at there steps. The room was clean. The property was beautiful. We got to see sloths, iguanas, and monkeys! The monkeys were right outside our hotel building (we booked a vista suite) when checking out.

中心地から少し離れているけど、歩ける距離。夜はUber使いました。スタッフはとても親切でした。雨季だったので部屋は蒸し蒸ししてましたが仕方ない。トイレ、シャワーは部屋の外でした。たまたま貸切状態だったので行きたい時に行けてよかったです。

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Montverde. Hotel Poco a Poco was a wonderful hotel, quaint, personal and beautiful. The location was great and we enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. We did not use the spa service but did enjoy the walk through the gardens.

super nice hotel. Very romantic. Outstanding staff. Very good restaurant on the spot. Ideal for honeymooners. Great views.

Отель отличный, уровень не ниже **** звезд, завтраки можно выбирать, персонал старается и у них это получается, тихо, спокойно уютно, менеджер Александра, общается на нескольких языках, включая русский!!! Пара ягуан самец и самка сидели на дереве в пяти метрах от моего балкона, самец позировал, самка стеснялась, потом исчезли. Красивый вид из окна и с балкона внизу бассейн. Рекомендую не пожалеете. На море волна большая не поплаваешь, но можно подсуетиться и наблюдать как растут деревья
