Plus: The room is very nice size, very clean and near the railway station. The reception is very friendly and helpful Minus: They claim my booking does not include breakfast but I did book with breakfast. So I have to contact Trip.com to sort this out. Waste of time. No kettle in the room. I requested for one and they say EUR5, but they waived the charge. It’s nice but then why is it so difficult to have a kettle? The soap dispenser is filled with hair conditioner! I told the receptionist. He is super nice and gave me a small travel size for the night first. Super kind. Next morning, they changed but this time again they filled in the wrong bottles haha. I gave up. The breakfast is very nice, good variety and quality.

Room was big and spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff were polite whenever I meet them along the way to the lift or back to my room. I would like to suggest if a dual card can be provided so that the room can be kept alight when the card key is removed and bring out as sometime the room is too dark and the door closes too fast before I can slot in the card. This hotel is close to the Helsinki central station and most of the itenary such as Helsinki cathedral or some of the nicely decorated library.

I’m so glad I chose this hotel in the last minute. The staff are very friendly, the room is clean, new and fresh; and the bed and pillows are very comfy. They have extensive range of breakfast, even gluten free and dairy free smoothies. Sauna is super nice and clean, and free! But what surprised me the most (very nice surprise) is they have the mini shower/bidet in the toilet 👍😀

Действительно стоит иметь возможность жить в такой большой комнате по такой цене в дорогой скандинавской столице Финляндии. Отель находится в трех минутах ходьбы от трамвая. До причала можно доехать на автобусе всего за семь-восемь минут, чтобы сесть на лодку до Таллинна. Выйти можно на причале. Номер больше, чем во многих гостиничных номерах Европы. Отель новый и чистый! Через дорогу рынок, супермаркет и рестораны. Придя со станции метро, ​​не следуйте Google Navigation. Идите прямо от этого рынка. Рынок открыт 24 часа в сутки. Я обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова в следующий раз, когда приеду в Хельсинки.

Easy to find, but a bit far from the airport. You need to walk 5min on snowy road mostly outside while there are other hotels closer and cheaper from airport.

Мы отлично провели время в отеле. Он находится примерно в 1,2–1,5 км от главного железнодорожного вокзала города, до отеля можно дойти пешком или доехать на автобусе. Google Maps — лучшее средство для расписания автобусов и всего остального. Номера в отеле очень хорошие, чистые и имеют все необходимые нам удобства. Завтрак был хорошим и предлагал много блюд, включая вегетарианские блюда. Вы можете либо дойти до рынка пешком, либо, если идет снег, лучше поехать на трамвае. Вы можете взять дневной проездной на все виды общественного транспорта, что будет дешевле, а также избавит вас от хлопот с покупкой билетов каждый раз. Город красивый, и отель тоже красивый и удобный.

Hotel is lovely and the room is spacious and very clean. It’s very close to Helsinki city centre, about 15 minutes and just across the river. Buffet breakfast is delicious and fresh with plenty of options. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and in particular, the lovely lady in the kitchen is always smiling, warm, cheerful and greets everyone good morning on arrival for breakfast. It really makes a difference to the start of the day. If you don’t have a lot of luggage and arrive by train from the airport, this hotel is a short 15 minutes from from Helsinki Central station. Otherwise there is a train stop underground just a little to the left of the hotel and tram stop right in front of the hotel which is currently under renovations.
