This is my 2nd visit to this hotel. Previous visit was quite ok, however this time we were dissapointed with their cleanliness. Once we entered the room, the bedsheet and blankets were a bit smelly and there were yellowish color on them. Also, they forgot to refill the body soap inside the room. Although they did replace the dirty bedsheets and refilled the soap after making a request, but it shows how lacking they are in their cleanliness. Management needs to pay attention to this!

Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. The hotel is located inside DP Mall. The room is quite spacious. I could hear the sound of the television from the room right next to mine (quite clearly—I could almost follow the news they were watching). It didn’t really bother me though. They offer 24-hour welcome drinks (only hot drinks like coffee and tea—I was expecting iced coffee). The room is equipped with a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, and more. The staff is warm and friendly. Upon check-in, you’ll need to download an app to get your room key, and an OTP will be sent to your smartphone via SMS for confirmation. I was a bit frustrated since my daily phone uses a foreign number (which couldn’t receive SMS at that time). Luckily, I had my secondary phone with an Indonesian number (though it has terrible battery health). I didn’t know whether they provide a physical key or not (I didn’t ask). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Just please provide a physical key (a wooden one maybe, to match the eco-friendly theme).

Good location, hotel a little old but clean. Complimentary mineral water is restricted to 2 bottles only with only basic in the bathroom (shpoo n shower gel plus tooth brush n tooth paste). Requested for ironing board and iron that took around 45 min n 1 reminder

The noise outside the room is still very loud if there are people in the elevator... the restaurant cannot be used for breakfast all at once if the hotel is full... perhaps this is something to consider. Also, the sauna facilities and the 30th floor are specifically for guests staying in suite-type rooms.

11/10 Exceptional Service by Guest Relations Officer, Dita and Zhafira. Pool was Fantastic. Breakfast Buffet was divine. Welcome Gelato was a Bonus. Room was Perfect. Service in general by All Staffs were impeccable and faultless. Extra surprise for our Anniversary and daughters birthday was the sweetest!

Мы провели в этом отеле 4 дня (с 28 декабря 2023 г. по 1 января 2024 г.). 1. На второй день перед отъездом я попросил администратора передать уборщице номер, чтобы она убралась. Я также пожаловался, что ванная комната в нашем другом номере (я забронировал два номера) постоянно была затоплена водой. Когда мы вернулись в отель в 22:00, оказалось, что нашу ванную комнату не убирали, похоже, меняли только полотенца. Я увидел, что полотенце было рваным и выцветшим, а душевая всё ещё была затоплена, когда я принимал душ. После того, как я снова пожаловался администратору, пришёл техник, чтобы починить её, а в 23:15 пришла и горничная, чтобы убрать ванную комнату. 2. Утром 4-го дня мы также пожаловались администратору, что кондиционер в нашем номере 129 не охлаждает, но техник так и не пришёл. Мы не выдержали до трёх часов ночи, потому что в номере было очень жарко, и попросили поменять номер. Но администратор придумал кучу отговорок, и только в четыре утра нам предоставили другой номер. Это очень плохо, потому что мы не могли спать всю ночь с 31 декабря 2023 года по 4 утра 1 января 2024 года. В связи с этим я попросил отель вернуть нам деньги за четвёртые сутки, так как мы не могли нормально выспаться из-за плохого обслуживания.

The staff's friendliness saved the day, for them, Everyone from security, front desk, wait staff - was warm and welcoming. Some even had the sincerest SMILE I have ever seen. 👍👍 Several areas of concerns are, however : - The Housekeeping staff who was in charge of my floor, had a seriiously BAD BODY ODOUR problem: ome that would stay and linger in the room and even in the corridor. - The food served during Breakfast was varied enough. However, the quality needs major improvement. For example, the CEREAL that I had was the most artificial tasting cereal ever! It was actually quite disgusting. And the service in the PADI Restaurant can be improved, for example: No one cared enough to EMPTY THE ASH TRAYS in the smoking area; also, quite a few times, NO STAFF was seen on the fooors, it seemed as if they were ”gathering” somewhere that would not be visible by the guests on purpose! - The Saftey Deposit Box was not working properly and needed fixing. Someone from ROOMS Dept or ENGINEERING Dept should regularly check every room periodically, without fail! - Last but not least, the pillow in my room smelled like something rotten / a dead rat. Very disgusting That's all i can think of right now. Thx, 🙏!
