Ohh wow hotel rooms very nice and restaurant services was awesome and good food staff is very corporate I really Good place and ***agement. Good parking space mainten property. And staff behaviour good and soft spoken , very close to tajmahal and red fort.....

Mr. Avichal Bharadwaj is the biggest gem in the crown of CM. He is the most compassionate and understanding person. Seeing my mother’s leg problem he offered her breakfast and even upgraded our room. I highly recommend CM to hire more people like him and even promote him to the highest level possible. Huge respect to you. Big Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as possible.

I booked the hotel from make my trip. It was a disaster. It was winter time and windows of the hotel were not insulated. Air was flowing in. Bathroom was poorly planned, there was no inhouse restaurant and dining area despite their claims in website. Overall facilities were not at all great. It turned out to be just another inn on the roadside. Very poor experience.

This is the Worst hotel experience I ever had. I will not book this hotel again even if this is the last hotel on earth. We couldn't sleep till 3am one night because owner organised his personal party in the venue at night, high volume DJ music was played till 1235 and then party guests were shouting till 2am. Rooms and hotel corridor was full of cooking smoke, fire alarm went off ***y times. I made multiple calls to reception for the inconvenience but i was repeatedly told its owner party and no one can do anything. I requested them to shift me to another hotel but it was denied as well. During check out hotel didn't even acknowledge my complaint. My suggestion to hotel owner if you want to organise a personal party then don't accommodate guests for that night. In the end Big No for this hotel

Really bad area Hotel staff very nice, other than that it was extremely noisy outside with noise until at least 2am Really bad area for tourist Do not stay here - stay nearer the Taj area. Staff did offer lots of advice and was really helpful to be fair to them

I stayed there for almost like a week or so and my stay was decent . The staff helped me with everything and were welcoming ,other than that the food was also tasty ,proper clean and tidy room just like I like it .
