Club Hotel Aguamarina

Just back from a week here and I can’t wait to return! First time at this hotel but it ticked all the boxes when we booked. For ease I’ll break down into sections:- Hotel/Facilities:- Can’t fault it. Clean, well maintained (saw maintenance every day/night pottering about keeping it clean and safe). Block B seems a bit dated compared to Block A and could do with a bit of TLC especially the corridors/rooms but that’s being picky. Check in took about an hour and was soooo slow. Especially after travelling. I ended up taking the girls on a tour of the hotel while my husband waited. The play park was a major hit for our girls and it’s really lovely. As was the mini golf, table tennis and kids club. My eldest also raves about the waterslides. Room:- We booked a standard family room (twin beds and a bunk beds) which was in Block B. On arrival it was on the small side but clean and no real issues. Nice size balcony over looking the pool. Unfortunately we had the worst neighbours so we had to complain. The shouting/swearing in the corridors was another level and scaring my children. The hotel was already aware of the situation and agreed to move us the next day. We did pay to be upgraded as also wanted a bigger room. Got moved to Block A to a double adjoining room and it was sooo much better (and quieter). Room over looked the entrance to the hotel but still nice and like I say quiet!! Food:- We preferred to eat in Block A restaurant as it was much quieter (and a better view of the sea). There was enough choice but I was starting to get a bit bored by the end of the week. The snack bar, Pizza and free snacks were a mega bonus for the kids though. Also the smoothie truck on the beach was a nice touch. We didn’t drink alcohol so can’t comment on the bar but other drinks were fine. Next time I would explore the area a bit more and eat out a couple of times especially to try some local foods. Pools:- They were cold! Even the ‘heated’ one. My girls didn’t spend as much time in them as they normally would as it took so long to warm up when they got out. Get there for opening for Block B pool as the sun beds go quickly. We tended to start there then move to Block A pool after lunch (then head to the beach) we only used the splash pool twice as it was soo cold my little one wasn’t bothered about staying in it. Both my girls did get cut toes and feet unfortunately which we put down to jumping in and the pool tiles. Next time I would take swim shoes with us. Lifeguards were amazing. Very chatty with us and the kids and very attentive. Safety was their priority which means no big inflatables so they can see any one under the water. We went hand luggage only so hired towels from the hotel which were fine and changed daily. But you can also buy them from the supermarket on site for a few euro! Entertainment - My girls only took an interest in the kids club in the last 2 days but enjoyed it when they did go. The staff are amazing and so fun. Mini d

Every year my mum, daughter (5) and I do a girls trip and we decided to book Menorca along with this hotel. Before booking I read the reviews and tried to see if there were any videos/reviews on tiktok and Instagram. The reviews didn't seem that bad and the location seemed OK so we booked. On arrival the front desk service was OK nothing special. When we got to our rooms I couldn't believe how small it was and for 3 of us to fit in there. We had hardly any room to move around. We had a room overlooking the pool and we could see the entertainment stage also which came in handy as my daughter does not tend to stay up late so watching the entertainment from the balcony worked for me. Let's talk food as someone who is a meat eater (apart from pork) I could not find anything for me to eat. The pizza was salty. The chicken had no seasoning. I don't eat seafood. My mum who is a vegetarian struggled also. I tried my daughter with their nuggets absolutely dreadful! The meat was grey and the vegetable soup was hideous. It was the most blandest thing I have ever tasted. The days to follow we just ate out because we couldn't stand the hotel food. The saving grace was the chips at the snack bar for lunch. The hotel grounds are filthy. The outside of our balcony had rubbish which was not cleaned the duration of our 7-night stay. I liked the fact that they had a children's playground but it was littered with rubbish and empty cups and even had shattered pieces of a cup in the play area and this was not cleaned up for 2 days. The children's pool I couldn't even fathom putting my child on, because it was caked in black mould or dirty whatever the case may be, it was disgusting. The chairs by the entertainment stage and sun loungers were awfully dirty too. What I did like about this hotel is that it was right on the beach and we found ourselves there most days. I can't see myself ever returning to this hotel. Room size was tiny. Food choices were poor. Hotel grounds and surrounding areas were poorly kept and filthy.

Lovely location. Stones throw from a beautiful beach Clean hotel with six pools. No problem getting sun beds Facilities for children are the best I’ve ever seen .. fab park bouncy castles mini golf table tennis volleyball Brilliant Good activities for adults as well Entertainment was good We thought the food was good. Always something lovely being cooked in the restaurant from fresh pizzas grilled fish meat pancakes and omelettes as well as lots of salads and vegetables. Burger and pizzas available for those that way inclined It was busy though especially in the restaurant Rooms small but clean Fantastic holiday for the price

Would definitely go again! Amazing facilities for children so much to do! Rooms are on the smaller side yes but food is good, there is buffet style breakfast lunch and dinner and fresh pizza served through out the day, a burger bar with chips burgers, onion rings and hot dogs and nuggets included in all inclusive, and options you can pay for! Beach is practically on your door step! Sea veiw rooms have a lovely veiw All in all I think its a realy good value for money hotel and the facilities are very good!

Just came back from an amazing 10nights here and couldn't fault it, loads there for the kids, was lovely and clean and restaurant was also nice, the adult entertainment was also amazing, the main man who made it for us was miguel he's the nicest guy and gets everyone involved.

Lovely family friendly hotel. No problem with check in, was meet at the hotel by a staff member and told what block to go to. 10mins to check in. Beautiful beach. no jelly fish (a fishy smell down one end) a few steps to get to it, or a slope (but steep) Rooms were small, fine when sleeping but when 4 of you are trying to get dress was a squeeze! cleaned every day, fresh towels once and beds changed once. Whole hotel clean, pools clean (but cold) son loved the slides(was gutted the new white one wasn't open yet) and little girl liked the fish slide pool. Great big new park and kids loved the bouncy castles. Food was what we expected for a large 3* hotel. we liked the burgers and pizza at lunch. I loved the sangria but husband wasn't keen on the beer. No bee's! Entertainment- we didnt really watch but heard it every night (even with our patio doors shut!!) All ended by 11pm. We would come back! Thanks you for a lovely holiday! 😁

Absolutely amazing time with the family, Miguel and the rest of the team were fantastic! They have so much time for both kids and adults and put on so many fun activities for us all to take part in daily! We loved every minute and can’t wait to go back next year! You will not be disappointed with this hotel and their fantastic entertainment!

Fantastic week with the family, everything was as good as expected it was made even better w/the great entertainment on offer, Miguel and the team were amazing. they go above and beyond to make sure people of all ages are having the best time.

Club Hotel Aguamarina is an excellent 3 star hotel to stay at and what makes it a 3 star hotel is the lovely a**osphere created by the wonderful staff members in all depar**ents. A big shout out goes to Giorgio for his lovely attitude towards me and my family members, he is such a big credit to the hotel and such an amazing person.
