We’ve got all the essentials back in place: power, water, and internet are fully up and running, so you’ll feel right at home. The roads are clear as a sunny day, making it a breeze to get to and from our doorstep. And here’s the cherry on top: many of the local restaurants and attractions are open and eager to welcome you with open arms. The pet-friendly* Lower Berne Chalet offers a king bedroom with a large closet & desk, one full bath, a living room, and a well-appointed kitchen including all the conveniences of home. You'll appreciate the high-speed internet and Roku TV's loaded with Spectrum's new streaming app offering 250 live channels! Enjoy the serenity of the wooded view from the screened-in, furnished porch with an adjacent private, fenced-in dog yard. The Lower Berne is located only 2 miles from Downtown Asheville on Beaucatcher Mountain surrounded by trees, near a variety of hiking trails for you and your pup to enjoy. This is the lower level of the Full Berne duplex. If this chalet is booked during your preferred travel dates, be sure to check out the Upper Berne. We can not wait to host you in our pet-friendly lodging in Asheville, NC. * Pet Policy - Pet fee is $25 per pet, per night PLEASE - No Pets on beds! - While we do NOT allow pets on beds, If your pet sleeps with you, you may bring your own bedding including sheets, pillowcases, and any blankets or comforters. Please let us know if this is the case and that you'll will be bringing your own. We will leave your beds without linens at your request, and leave ours in the closet. Please note: Dog hair on bedding will incur an automatic additional $50 charge per bed. Dog beds are not provided, please bring your dogs favorite, comfy bed from home. Please do not use our bath towels for your pet. Paper towels and dog towels are provided for that purpose. Clean up after your pet: Please be courteous and responsible to other guests and clean up any/all pet refuse in or out of dog pens. We have several “doggy waste bag” dispensers on the property for your convenience and a poop scooper in pet yards. Pets are expected to be current on their shots and have flea protection treatment. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside. If your pet sheds excessively or there is extra cleaning required due to pet hair, stains or odors there will be an extra cleaning charge. Please be considerate of your fellow neighbors who may be disturbed from your dog’s barking. Dogs are not to be left unattended. We can provide a soft sided crate if necessary and a list of doggie day cares.
