整體不錯。比較實惠，離火車站近

Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła oraz nie przeszkadzała podczas pobytu w fotelu wszystko zostało załatwione sprawnie na pewno jeszcze kiedyś tam wrócę przy następnym odwiedzaniu ashford. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja trzy dni zwiedziłem cały Londyn gdyż hotel mieści się niedaleko stacji pociągów

the walls are so thin you can hear everything from the rooms on either side - not ideal for families on a friday night

Always a good place for a stop. Good hotel, friendly staff, easy parking and in walking distance to the city centre.

The room is clean , the service is good, it’s close to the train station, and there are many choices for breakfast. Definitely stay again !

Excellent place to stay and good bed

At first glance this hotel is spotless and modern and the staff are all so friendly, we thought we'd found a gem. It took us a while to find the parking as no directions on booking confirmation or website - off George Street. Sadly it was the worst night sleep we'd had in a long time. The pillows were nice but the matress was rock hard and they put a king size duvet inside a queen size duvet cover, on a queen size bed. The room had such a clinical smell you could taste it and the windows didn't open, nor did the extractor in the bathroom work. The breakfast was poor quality and we're glad we didn't pay extra for it. The staff in the morning smothered people a little bit too which was offputting. Sadly wouldn't return.

It was lovely,cosy and relaxing.

Near the Ashford International train station and there is one large supermarket nearby. The staff at breakfast venue were are nice, especially the chef. Only few restaurants nearby, walking distance with around 15 minutes to another small “town” with more restaurants. Can go to the designer outlet with walking distance with around 15 minutes

The hotel staff were friendly and willing to help. The facilities were clean and modern. The room was a good size. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was varied and very good quality.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom was nice but would like to have toilet brush to clean front of bowl when necessary. The included breakfast was very good with lots of options and staff very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the train station and Outlet Centre. I would stay here again
