Staff were very friendly and helpful. Real festival feel. Central. Location, right in the shopping centre. Pool. Was closed.

Very clean Hotel. The layout and navigation from the Car park, to Lobby and then to the Tower rooms are a bit inconvenient as you need to take three seperate elevators. Gorgeous rooms though.

The first night the service at breakfast was great, attended to very fast, come second day it was as if they were short staff as we waited a while for some to attend to us but overall its a great hotel and the location is amazing.

We were told on check in that our room had been upgraded. Not sure the upgrade was great as we had a view of the neighbouring apartments and hence washing on lines!. But the room was comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. I would have liked some free sockets near the bed so that I could have charged my phone. But that is not a big problem. The hotel clearly had a number of 'hen' parties staying there. So returning to the hotel in the late evening did involve dodging the many drunken residents. Also, the hotel bar was very full and I would have liked a quick drink in the bar but this is a small issue as there are numerous bars in the area. Breakfast buffet was OK. I have had much better in Ireland. Black pudding was very dry - suspect it may have been in the tray a while. The sausages were very poor tasting. But what I especially did not like was that coffee / tea was a via machine which naturally had a long queue and also poured out far more liquid into the mug that was clearly not the right size. Overall, I would stay here again because the location was great and the rooms were good.

We prepaid through trip.com and the staff tried to charge us again, it took so long to check in, our room card didn't work multiple times so we had to go back to the reception to change it.. It was very dissapotining

Outstanding- stunning room, views of numerous murmurations - gorgeous. Chic room, friendly staff, gorgeous food. I’ll be back for another stay. Fab spa experience 10 stars - excellent location over the shopping centre and right in the centre of everything

Lovely hotel in a modern building adjoining shopping centre. Generous long tables at breakfast. Good TV setup with apps and casting available if you needed it. Plenty of nightlife and shops around. Be careful of lockers in leisure centre area as it forgot our code and locked us out. Someone else there at the time said regulars know which ones to avoid. Window in room howled in the wind as the handle is missing a part, but I fixed this for our stay with a piece of cardboard. Checkout manner a bit sharp compared to what we'd normally experience in other hotels when being a bit after the checkout time, but didn't let it spoil our experience. Free parking very welcome perk considering location.

We have stayed here before and always find the staff friendly and helpful, the hotel clean, dinner, shopping and parking are available onsite. A quick swim if you have the inclination. What more could you ask for!

Ve comfortable hotel. Bang slap in middle of the town. Parking on site, Modern and clean, rooms were large and comfortable. Great facilities on site, gym, bars, restaurants and a nice buffet breakfast

Great hotel and staff so friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Dinner menu food in restaurant could do with bigger portions but not a big issue. Excellent hotel and would recommend staying here.

Lovely stay . Have stayed here before and will stay here again . I have stayed in many hotels in Athlone but I just love coming back to here . It is very handy with close proximity to the pubs and restaurants. The spa is lovely . The bed really comfortable . Very friendly staff on the desk at check in and check out . Will be staying again

This is a fantastic Hotel, a true GEM right smack in the middle of Ireland - from check in (daytime front desk lady was AMAZING, so kind) - such a pleasure to walk into a hotel and feel welcomed. The room was outstanding and so well looked after. Breakfast the next morning was again - 10/10 - lovely surroundings and food was delicious with great variety. One final mention to the lovely lady who checked us in - January 10th @ 1:30ish, after a lot of driving it was such a nice welcome you gave to us... We really appreciated your kindness. I hope we see you again! Thank you, Sheraton, Athlone, for such a lovely stay. We will definitely be back.
