還是一如既往的選擇住這兒～ 安全～衞生～前台服務也很好：） 離天空塔近～皇後街近～購物&打UBER都方便～ 迷路了衹要朝塔走就一定會找到回來的路：）

服務很好，設施完備，地點適中，保安嚴密，還有充滿曆史味道。附近景點林立，就近海邊碼頭，乘船出海甚為方便，風景優美。

オークランドの中心部にあり、便利な場所にあります。トイレもバスルームも清潔で、特に困ることはありませんでした。チェックインの際にデポジットが必要になるのですが、何もなければキャンセル扱いにしてくれます。つたない英語でもとても親切にしてくださいました。

The staff at the Heritage were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Especially Ping at the front desk. The pool was also great. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel, pool was nice. Room was nice size, teo beds and the partition gave added privacy

Shower was not good. It dribbled out and the tap was about to fall off on the sick. But it didnt effect our sray and was a nice place. Dont think i would book again though

Staff was very helpful, professional, and courteous. The hotel is old, but maintained in a good condition. Like the rooftop pool. The area outside is not the best and good restaurants are a little bit of a hike or quick Uber. Would stay here again.

Property had potential to be great but was looking old and dated. We opted to stay at the Tower but had to check in at the hotel building which being in a one way system was not the easiest to navigate. Again being in the tower with an unmanned desk it meant having to either call or walk to the hotel to organise anything. The rooftop and indoor pools went some way to make up for the inconveniences.

Love the indoor & outdoor pool options

Rooms not quite ready when checking in at 2pm so had to wait. Rooms very spacious but a little dated. Beds soft and bedding not that comfortable. Great location and rooftop pool is the gem here. Rooms very noisy from road below.

I love coming to stay here when I Visit Auckland. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

Out dated. Bathrooms old. Bathroom ceiling was peeling.

Great location near the Sky Tower and central Auckland. Rooms are large with a divider for a bit of privacy. Comes with a kitchenette that has the basics for what you need. Hotel has one indoor lap pool (one lane) and hot tub, outdoor pool and hot tub with a great deck that has views of the harbor. Also has an outdoor tennis court and chess set. There is a restaurant on site that we did not try, but looked decent.
