Мы обнаружили, что ночной персонал был не очень гостеприимным, когда регистрировался не более чем в 2-3 словах, и нам даже не сказали, на каком этаже мы будем находиться, просто дали ключ от номера и ожидали, что это сработает. В остальном отличное расположение, отличная, чистая комната (за исключением того, что окна, выходящие на улицу, грязные, и вы не сможете получить много «вида» на город). Функциональный и чистый.

Отличный сервис на стойке регистрации. Повезло иметь номер на 13 этаже. Номер был отличным, и вид тоже. Немного шумно ночью, но не так сильно, где это мешает вашему сну. Определенно остановился бы здесь снова и рекомендую на 100%! :D

Upper room and the view with sky tower, it's wonderful. Room is clean and tidy as welll as big.The hotel is near downtown.

10mins walk to Auckland CBD but no view from the room. And no hotel services such as gym or others, more of a service apartment

The room was wonderful but the best part of the stay was the incredible helpfulness of the staff. She was from Nepal and her name was candita- I’m sorry I don’t remember it accurately. She took the time to help me order an Uber and suggested the haka demonstration at the museum. Her bright smile and helpfulness made my trip so much better

Hotel room was nice and cosy, no issue with it. However, majority of the receptionist were unfriendly and unhelpful. Did housekeeping after the 1st night but they did not replenish the shampoo and body wash. When we called front desk to request for it, they spoke in a very agitated tone and told us to come to the front desk to collect ourselves even though it was the housekeeper's fault. Stayed for 5 nights and everytime we enter in and out of the hotel, no one greeted or even smiled at us. There were only 1 Indian lady wearig glasses who were super nice to all the guests. The rest need to undergo even the most basic customer service training.

Needs to walk for a bit if you need to get to sky city for skydrive bus and some tours. But the hotel is super clean. Would be better if toothpaste and toothbrush are provided.

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. The rooms were clean, modern and quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we felt well rested in the morning. We appreciated that the room we booked had a smart TV that we could connect to easily and watch the Lord of the Rings. We also appreciated that there was a microwave, small fridge and some kitchen items including a cutting board. The shower was huge with great pressure and the bath products contained coconut oil and smelled great. Only complaint we would have for the room is that the pipes were noisy when the faucet valve was opened a little bit and the glass shower door scrapped against the glass enclosure of the shower. There isn't much near the hotel but walking 10 minutes in any direction we could find something to do or eat. At check-in they gave us a list of recommended restaurants nearby but we found out the hard way that some kitchens close early in Auckland. We lucked out and got some World Cup Tickets on our last day in Auckland and were pleasantly surprised that the nearby Britomart Station offered free transport to Eden Park for ticket holders and this is normal for big events in Auckland. We were about a five minute walk from the station and that turned out to be really great. Getting to the airport/to this hotel from the airport is a little time consuming so we elected to use Uber.

Imagine Beach Road Hotel is a gem in the heart of Auckland. Its combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, delectable dining, and prime location make it the perfect choice for any traveler looking to elevate their Auckland experience. I left the hotel with fond memories and a desire to return to this seaside oasis in the future.

Very good location, room was clean and tidy. But check in lady was a little blur. She needed a credit card as guarantee even though wanted to pass her cash for the deposit.

It was first time to travel to Auckland but I could spend great time. The location of this hotel is perfect to travel to island and walk city centre. However, the bathroom was smelled because it was moldy in the ventilation fan. Apart from that, this is a awesome hotel to stay!

Beautiful rooms, excellent location, very friendly staff, what else can we expect. Much recommended
