Customer service at front desk was lacking most of the time. I booked and paid for this room thru *******, hotel never got the reservation, so the suite I requested and paid for, was not available because the manager of the hotel was living in it. This hotel also billed me for the room. I was double charged, waited weeks for the refund.
The pull out couch, which we needed, was broken. Front desk was not helpful in finding a solution such as a fold up cot or another couch! Very uncomfortable stay for my family.
Breakfast service ran out of milk on our 2nd morning. How can children have cereal without it? No one could go to Walmart, located across the street, to buy more?
It’s unfortunate, we travel to Austin quite often, but I won’t be staying here, or booking thru *******! Poor communication between hotel and *******. I overheard other customers who were having similar reservation experiences.
