Le Moulin de Tartay is a Holiday Home from 1874.
- Classified as 4 star furnished tourist accommodation in our 4 accommodations.
The Moulin de Tartay, built in 1874, is a former flour mill.
Its millstone was driven by the action of water from an irrigation canal for the waters of the Durance.
Very close to Avignon, the Moulin de Tartay was transformed into gîtes by Sandrine and Ludovic who purchased it in 2016.
A house of 115 m2, two gîtes of 60 m2 and a gîte of 45 m2 are
available to guests.
Renovated with the greatest respect for Provençal traditions,
they added their personal touch.
This place has become a haven of greenery and tranquility,
resolutely focused on the comfort of people seeking authenticity.
Ideal for families (from 4 to 14 people in several accommodations),
it nonetheless remains a place where each resident will find their balance.
The accommodations are air-conditioned.
Common areas exclusively reserved for tenants of the estate:
heated swimming pool secured by wrought iron barriers, brazier, garden furniture,
children's games (swings, trampoline, sandbox), garden basket, ping-pong table,
basketball hoop, football field, pétanque and beach volleyball court,
a carport for two vehicles and free parking on the estate.

The garden consists of garden furniture, an unsupervised heated swimming pool 7 by 3 by 1.50 meters deep (open from April to September) protected by a wrought iron fence and a protective curtain on the C.E. standards (a liability waiver will be requested from each client and for each stay) open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for safety reasons, a swing in the form of a portico under the responsibility of the parents (open from April to October), a trampoline limited to one person and less than 90 KG (open from April to October),
a garden basket limited to 90 KG with its cushions.
The garden is shared only with the tenants of the Moulin de Tartay estate.
