⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay! The unit was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen was well-equipped and very clean. Owner and his team were incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back again and again. Thanks to the staff of serin who’s very kind and approachable♥️.

We absolutely loved our time here! It’s easily our favorite stay in Tagaytay so far. You can tell a lot of care goes into the upkeep—everything from the garden to the decor is well-maintained. The bed was a highlight for us; the linens were so soft and comfortable that we slept perfectly. Just a small heads-up: there was a bit of a drainage smell in the upstairs toilet, but it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Было приятно, что нам предложили эксклюзивный завтрак «шведский стол» в Anya Elite Club Lounge, хотя мы не являемся его обладателями. Мы с женихом остались довольны пребыванием в отеле. The Hotel was sm & a bit isolated... about 2 Km away from shops, restaurants & main road. The place was open and had sofas in open areas for you to chill.. and enjoy the views/ cool weather. The staff were helpful & let us borrow electric adapter (when available) for our phone charger.. you might want to buy one in advance! They also help us rent a full day Tuk-tuk as there was generally no taxi nearby. The rooms have AC but there's NO REMOTE.. you have to stand on a chair in the middle of your sleep to adjust...

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila.They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.
