Каждый сотрудник, с которым мы столкнулись, был отзывчивым и внимательным. Лу в ресторане был невероятно трудолюбивым и внимательным, он хорошо о нас заботился. Завтрак был вкусным и разнообразным каждый день. Они даже предлагали детям бесплатное молоко и печенье перед сном. Маленькая ферма животных и костёр были просто чудесны для нашего малыша. Бассейн с подогревом был приятным бонусом, им можно было пользоваться даже в дождливый день. Мы отлично провели время! Спасибо всем, молодцы!

We absolutely loved our time here! It’s easily our favorite stay in Tagaytay so far. You can tell a lot of care goes into the upkeep—everything from the garden to the decor is well-maintained. The bed was a highlight for us; the linens were so soft and comfortable that we slept perfectly. Just a small heads-up: there was a bit of a drainage smell in the upstairs toilet, but it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Мы с подругой провели отличное время в Виа Аппии, я люблю это место, сотрудники отличные, у них также есть комплиментный напиток, который вы можете обновить с особым туроном для 150, он вкусит уникальный с поворотом. Это должно попробовать. И они не упомянули, что место становится романтичным ночью!!! Это идеально для пар, которые хотят развеять в мирном, романтичном с великой пейзажей. Our stay at Summit Ridge Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and the staff are warm, respectful, and accommodating especially to elderly guests and PWDs. We truly felt well taken care of and wish we could have stayed longer and availed discounts ❤️

During our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderful—peaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.
