This 4 bedroom freshly renovated home was made for fun. It is perfect for multiply families, in town for summer fun or hockey tournaments, a girls weekend, a golf get-away or a family wedding. This little jewel of a home can handle just about any group. There is even extra room in the main part of the basement for several air mattress as well. The house is fully stocked with cookware and cheery décor, and includes thoughtful touches such as blackout curtains in all of the bedrooms. Each room is also equipped with a dressing vanity, mirror and hair dryer. Beach towels/toys and umbrella for your summer trips to the lake . The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining, having dinner, or enjoying a smore over the fire pit (this is a portable unit) in the evening. The garage has been turned into a Tiki inspired area for more entertaining or a game of cards. Featuring large bedrooms with large closets. There is a washer & dryer in the main floor bedroom closet along with provided detergent and dryer sheets. There is a 8th bed (Queen Air Mattress) in the upstairs bedroom closet. There is an ironing board and booster seat for children in the closet as well.Guest accessGuests have access to the entire living space minus a few attic access doors and the door in the upstairs bathroom leading to the rooftop (in the future we hope to modify that space to be available to guests). Access to the garage & shed is not available to guests.Other things to notePets are allowed! All we ask is that you share the breed of the dog with us after booking your reservation. Also select the amount of pets staying with you when making the reservation. We ask that the pet stay off the furniture and bedding at all times. If your pet uses the bathroom outside please pick-up after it. Coffee is provided in the kitchen cabinets. Pots and pans are also provided should you decide to cook your own meals. Wood for fires will have to be purchased by you at the local gas station or grocery store. If propane for the grill runs out you will be responsible for swapping it out with a replacement from the local gas station.
