Nice little boutique hotel, however,Not happy with cleanness. Found rat running around in the room! Disappointed, will not book again

This is the very first time I write a really bad review, bad experience in Ubud, Bali. Firstly, we arrived at the lodge at about 8 P.M., The first impression of this KELIKI LODGE was awesome, there were welcome drinks which tasted really fresh and nice. The room was great, enough space for luggages. The toilet was spacious too. There were 3 beds, 1 kingbed at first floor and 2 single beds at second floor with hammock outside the room. But, there were few things that ruined our holiday (we are a family of 5). Everything was awesome until my 9 years old daughter Evelyn went to the toilet to pee. Once she pushed the flush button, the WC was LEAKING from below through the gap between WC and the floor. It’s disgusting. I made a complaint, then the hotel staffs came trying to fix it for more than an hour, and that was about 10 to 11 P.M. at night, you know what? It’s NEW YEAR’s EVE! The worst holiday in my life to this day! What made it worse was that the staffs and the NEW manager accused me or my daughter as the one who did it, I was TOLD that they had PROVES of what we DID to their property! They said, before we came, everything was okay. Again, they told me, if I write something which is wrong, the owner wants me to pay for the reparation fees. WOW, that’s so MEAN bro and sis! I have sent to the manager the video from Whatsapp of how the installation of the WC was wrong from the beginning, to explain that it was not our fault. But, the respond was not as expected. They did, want to give us compliment with spa and dinner, but the incidents had turned everyting down. It was really not OUR TIME, even to defecate, we had to go to the restaurant’s toilet at night. And………you know what, all eyes were on us, because we only came to use the toilet and gone. Shame on us, this was seriously really inconvenient and bad. I only asked for a refund, but they refused to give what we asked for, not a cent. Then, this is it, I have to write this review, because this REVIEW is NECESSARY for you guys to read. And one more thing, we couldn’t lock the main door from the outside if we were about to go out from the lodge. The key was broken. It was complete NEW YEAR’S EVE DISASTER.

Très bel établissement avec un personnel au top. Les chambres donnent sur une vue jungle imprenable. Le restaurant est en revanche hors de prix , beaucoup plus cher que les endroits les plus premium à proximité ! Le scooter est idéal pour se rendre à Ubud et environs.

Alliant proximité avec la nature et confort, le keliky luxury lodge a été une très bonne surprise pour nous. Dès notre arrivée l'accueil fu très chaleureux, avec l'impression d'être seuls dans un cadre très paisible. Le personnel de l'hôtel fut au petit soin, acceuillant et très souriant. Nous avons été frappé par les diverses possibilités d'organisation de notre séjour. L'hôtel propose de nombreuses activités et découvertes des traditions Balinaise, et ce avec Made, un guide francophone dont les explications sont très claires et interressantes. Pour finir, nous souhaitons remercier Marie Françoise, la directrice de l'établissement qui fut à notre écoute, de bon conseil et disponible rendant notre séjour des plus agréables.

Un séjour de rêve dans un cadre idyllique ! Le calme, la nature, l’immersion dans la vie balinaise et ses traditions. Le confort dans un superbe Lodge avec sa piscine privée, la gentillesse du personnel et un grand merci à Made notre chauffeur qui nous a fait découvrir les endroits privilégiés de son pays avec humour dans un français parfait enseigné par Marie Françoise la directrice de l’hôtel qui orchestre tout le personnel avec une main de maître ! C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons, un lieu à recommander sans modération !

WARNING FRUAD. They will never refund you even though you book refundable plan by an official site. My stay date is august 2023 which still left a half year. I requsted a refund at january 2023. It's been 2months they took my 7000$. My card company sue them but they never answer until now. Don't waste your precious money by book here. It will be very stressful when you book here and cancel. I love travel all around world and book lots of hotels. It is first time take like this long for a refund. Dont book. Never consider here.

This place is just perfect in every way. Brand new small, intimate, luxurious in every way without being over the top or losing your sense of being connected to bali. It is in a beautiful jungle setting with gorgeous views down to the river and out to the rice paddies. I’ve been staying in Ubud for many years and this place is seriously special. The private pool lodges/ villa are incredibly lux with every detail thought of from hats and bags to wireless charging platforms with portable speakers to luxurious indoor outdoor bathrooms. The restaurant was fabulous and the spa so special in the jungle over the river. It’s wonderful to be in a small peaceful beautiful village yet so close to Ubud. The staff are from the local village and are beyond amazing even for Bali. The warmest kindest most genuinely wonderful people. I never wanted to leave. If you are lucky enough to get the opportunity to stay there do it! It with be one of your best experiences.
