Family of 4. Overall a good stay at a great location apt. Convenient to restaurants, tourist spots, metro, bus, La Rambla, mercado, McDonald's, coffee & pastry shops, and many more. Location is 5 stars. Apt felt safe, spacious, AC worked great... overall is clean & has necessary amenities. Bathrm is very outdated & needs a makeover. Bring salt, pepper, hair conditioner, and own towels if u can. Apt towels were rough & minimal. No extras unless u ask for service. Checking in was not smooth for us, which I took off 1 star. We arrived at 10pm after 2 long flights & just wanted to get in to crash in bed. Come to find out we were given the wrong door code & after several attempts, had to call the emergency line, then waited for staff to show up to recode our door. This delay took 45min. We were on 3rd floor & didn't feel street noise was loud, but used white noise sound app on our phone at night which may have helped. Would stay here again primarily for the convenience of location.

Appartamento ben curato al 3 piano, ottima posizione a 30 metri dalla Rambla. Risulta un po’ rumoroso a causa della vicinanza con la Rambla stessa. Sicurezza ottima con codice d ingresso, sia per il portone che per l appartamento, cucina attrezzata ottimamente mentre per il bagno si consiglia sostituzione infisso e lampade dello specchio 2 da sostituire in quanto fulminate.Da sollecitare la rimozione dei rifiuti all’ ingresso del vicolo che causano cattivi odori.Gli operatori molto gentili e disponibili alla risoluzione dei problemi.Nel complesso si consiglia.

L'appartement est très bien équipé et bien placé. De plus il est très propre. Cependant demandez le deuxieme étage, le premier se situe en haut d'un pub et si vous souhaitez vous reposer, ce nest pas gagné. L'appartement du premier est idéal si vous souhaitez fsire la fête. Pour une famille, il y a mieux dans un quartier un peu plus tranquille. A noter que le hall d'entrée se situe dans une ruelle sombre qui sent l'urine.

Matelas usés Photos non conformes. Petits travaux de fortune mal réalisés… Tous les murs sont très sales, le canapé lit n’en est pas un. Climatisation qui fuit toute la nuit, impossible de dormir. Rideaux sales et suspects. Un voyant lumineux empêche de dormir dans le noir. Le bruit extérieur n’est rien, mais vraiment la saleté et les vieux matelas est insupportable. Odeur d’urine dans l’immeuble et ruelle. A FUIR
