Location is near the train station, it just gets busy during weekends. Beside Tesco Express, and near several restaurant and cafe. The room is clean and spacious. Basic amenities. They provide coffee and tea. No hair blower. Person in the Front desk is friendly.

Access into the hotel after checking in, requires an access card which removes the need for room keys in the lift. Room doors were quite hard to push. Room was clean. Windows open and close with automated switches, but I couldn't figure out how to get the curtains open. Bed was comfortable enough. No mini-fridge but a good blend of teas, the usual coffee sachets and choice of sweeteners. TV was small with tinny audio The bathroom was clean. However, there was a missing circular plug (above the mirror), which given the number of rodents spotted outside in the square, was a bit unnerving. Wires could be seen running, so it must be access for some type of electrics. Sealant was not completely run on the left side of the sink. I would have preferred to have the light switch on the inside of the bathroom, for obvious reasons.

No amenities, no services provided, rooms are cleaned after seven nights, no Internet , only 14 inches TV and no international channels, very boring.

Good location decent price 2 minutes from the tube. Clean tidy rooms

Great stay, ignore all current reviews. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Great location easy to access only 40 mins to central London. 20 mins from the 02, only 13 pound ins Uber. Great location for the 02.

Enjoyed my stay.

I really enjoyed the stay. It was super quiet and comfortable. Nearby to lots of shops. Staff are very friendly, esp Andrew, Raf, and the receptionist. The room was clean and good size. Nice view from the little window. Big thank you for this team.

The location of the hotel is 1 hour away from centre London. The room had a very unpleasant smell and when I said this to receptionist, she only gave me an air freshener. The towel had a huge stain which made me grossed out. The heating wasn’t working so they put a portable one and because of that I had to stay in cold for 3 hours.

No parking No heating and staff don’t know anything, lake of knowledge Will never ever book again and never recommend to anyone.

Room was freezing and carpet and bathroom were filthy. I have found hairs in the shower and the sink.

Very grateful to Rif for getting me a quiet room, I needed sleep and a very early start was not far off. Barking is very lively and interesting to visit and it is well worth staying here to see what's going on. Transport connections are many, you can be in Hampstead in 40 minutes!

The outstanding customer service I've received from Isabelle from Travelodge Barking has improved my experiences. She's always willing to listen and act. Amazing customer service, I always feel at peace when I see her at the reception. The location is ideal.

Staff members were very nice to us, the room was set up very nicely, the bed was comfortable and we could take extra pillows in case we needed them. We could prepare some tea for free! The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't have a towel to put on the floor for when we got out of the shower and we demanded to have the towels changed putting on the door the paper that said so and when we came back everything was just as we left it on the morning.
