Мы хорошо провели время в The Farm. Наша вилла расположена недалеко от большинства достопримечательностей, так что это здорово. Что касается нашего номера, свет в душевой зоне сломался, поэтому нам пришлось позвонить на стойку регистрации, чтобы его починили как можно скорее. Мы также заметили, что раздвижное окно, расположенное в верхнем углу кровати, не закрывается. И, к тому же, в номере нет сейфа. В целом, этот оздоровительный курорт — это передышка. Обязательно для тех, кто хочет отдохнуть от шума мегаполиса, чтобы подзарядить душу и разум.

Окружающая среда превосходна для целостного оздоровительного курорта. Окружен лесом с множеством деревьев и органическим земледелием по всему месту. Хорошо: спа-процедуры были действительно хорошими. Все терапевты очень профессиональны, и у меня был чрезвычайно хороший опыт. Что можно улучшить: - 2 часа езды от аэропорта. Курорт не предоставляет трансфер из аэропорта, мне пришлось искать свой собственный транспорт. К счастью, я нашел очень надежного и хорошего водителя. - обслуживание клиентов не на уровне такого роскошного курорта. Некоторые из них хороши, но некоторые, похоже, довольно неохотно отвечают на запросы. Например, когда я делаю бронирование, они долго не отвечают и не отслеживают. Я также отправил свой отчет о состоянии здоровья, как и было запрошено при бронировании, они его так и не прочитали и все равно спрашивают меня об этом, когда я приезжаю. В чем смысл. - еда могла бы быть лучше. - декор и песни в остальном очень устаревшие.

Very relaxing place. Food is good. We enjoyed the amenities and complimentary activities.

Apart from the surroundings being naturally beautiful with trees, lake, etc., for this kudos for the way the place is designed… nothing much special about this place unfortunately. We were not impressed given all the hype in Social media platforms. Here are a few things I have noted that made me feel not worth coming back for: 1. Check in process is so Manual - we arrived right on check in time by 3pm. Lots of paperworks to be done, asked for each guests IDs, took photos of it. 1 paper we need to fill out with guest names etc, another paper to sign acknowledgement on rules, etc - literally in pen and paper. After all the paperworks, that is the only time we were briefed of the facilities map, where to go, what to see etc. So for this part alone - is almost 1 hour. Since we have to go to each room/suite, we had to wait for buggy to bring us, another waiting of about 30mins., we even needed to approach again the reception desk to ask where is the buggy just for them to check again. Come on, this is already 1.5 hr of us paying for the stay and yet we haven’t utilized the room and facilities itself. We were only able to settle in our rooms almost 5pm already. 2. Restaurants, I understand all are organic. Hence charges are high. We went to the Indian Vegetarian restaurant and ordered - Parata, Fries, Fried Tofu, Palak Paneer and 2 juices our bill is about 3,500 pesos. For it being homegrown plants and organic, we accept that amount is that high. However, we were only 3 tables filled in the restaurant, not full house and yet food took almost 1 hour to arrive. 😕 3. All else comes with charge if you wish to utilise, like massage, water therapy and all. Charges for each of this service is already same as how much the room cost. Free sessions - Yoga in morning is good. Sound therapy - not so. Room wise is ok. It is a expected with the rates they charge, you expect to be in a decent room at least. Nonetheless, it was good for experience. But may look out for other places with same facilities that will make you feel the value for money. Main disappointment we have is all the waiting time we had faced, while being there on non-peak days (weekday) and yet for each thing we had to do/request, we had to wait minimum 30mins before getting the service needed. Meanwhile, check out wise - everything was done fast and 12:30 sharp we were on our way out.😂 I am sharing based on what I have personally experienced, some may have enjoyed and experienced otherwise, unfortunately not the case for our group.

Would have been an 8 but major letdown was the hard bed at banaba deluxe rooms PROS - serene and peaceful place with lots of nature - lots of pools and free activities - service is topnotch, they make u feel like a VIP - very large room (banaba deluxe) - not so far away from metro manila (2-3hrs only) CONS - food is expensive and no beef/pork. Dont stay here if ur looking for a gastronomic treat. Yes the place is abt wellness, but i think u can still achieve that with a wide variety of food choices with all meats to cater for diff people - bed was HARD. Not even firm, HARD. After a day of activities u want a relaxing bed to sleep but sadly bed was hard at banaba deluxe rooms - massage is so expensive, like 8k pesos and above - they get a 10k deposit upon checkin, charge ur card right away but when u ask for refund slip upon checkout they say they dont have, wait for email. Its so easy to reverse and refund on the terminal.

The room was decent but quite basic—there was no television or refrigerator provided. The pet fee seemed quite high, and the food was noticeably overpriced. These are areas where improvements can be made, especially in terms of amenities and overall value for money. On a positive note, the place is perfect for relaxation and offers peace of mind away from the stress of city living. Nothing personal—just an honest review. Thank you.

Its been always a memorable stay

Staff service is very good they communicate very well with guest. The room and toilet is clean but when you take to shower the water over flows to the toilet, making the toilet wet. Bidet handle is detached/ moving not stable, cobwebs in every corners ,the secret garden pool full of fallen leaves looking very unpleasant to swim in I get disappointed by little things i’m sorry but little things matters. I hope they will improve their service next time we vist

I'm glad that I booked here. We enjoy our 21st Anniversary. The Hotel was SUPERB! I am surely gonna book again

Sadly when call the number of the hotel, they said that the heater didn't work since last year, and I was about to cancel my reservation, however when I arrived they on the heater and it takes 8 hours to heat, so we enjoyed our stay early morning only

Excellent, as always! Amazing location and ambience.

Highly recommended resort! From the bed to the entire property to the breakfast buffet. Will definitely go back! And we were upgraded to Palmera Glass Suite which is a more expensive villa than the one we originally booked. We were taken care of and the toiletries were just so amazing

With us is the Spa Manager, Lem. We missed him! Definitely will come back at the farm!
