Hôtel neuf & très tendance. Le personnel est disponible et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner simple, mais top. Pensez à demander la prépare d’une omelette, elles sont superbes !

早餐餐廳和ibis一個水平。沒有任何管理。任由沒有成人陪同的孩子到處亂跑喊叫打鬧。The manager of the breakfast restaurant thought four Chinese children should be with us,that is totally unacceptable.We didn’t know them at all.

幽靜的選址，全新的酒店，環保的材料，非常有設計感的酒店，服務很好，沒到入住時間就給了房間。早餐也很好，停車免費。套房很棒！

從意大利到法國，同等價位裏面，最大最舒適的酒店，很棒

Great stop on the way from Belgium to Montpellier. Brand new hotel, spacious and very comfortable rooms. The tram is welcoming and helpful for any needs or questions you might have. Diner at the restaurant was very nice, one of the best roast we had in years. If you have time do not miss the spa. Looking forward to going back on the way back up north

I saw the great reviews here and the facility looked nice so I booked this hotel. I just got back from my stay and I am 100% sure that these reviews are fake so I want to warn others. We got to the hotel earlier than check in and our room wasn't ready which is absolutely no problem. We had planned to drop off our stuff and have lunch anyways. We get back at check in time and our room still isn't ready. They have had 3 hours notice at this point that we would be back at 3 after lunch. Then we head to the pool to wait for the room to be ready but I ask them to please let me know as soon as it is ready, as we have somewhere to be. An hour goes by and still nothing. At that point, I go back to check on things. Our room was ready, no one called us, or told us anything at all which was very frustrating. We probably would have been out there all day if I hadn't gone back to check. At this point we had to cancel our other plans because we didn't have enough time to shower and get there with the hour delay so we decide to nap. As soon as we start to nap there is an insanely loud alarm going off. This goes on for 20 minutes and the whole hotel has to evacuate. It ends up being a false alarm. I totally understand that things malfunction sometimes but the bigger issue was the staff. First off, at no point does anyone go around telling people that everything is fine, not to worry, or apologize for the inconvenience. The alarm just suddenly stops at some point. I expressed my frustration to reception between the check in process and the alarm going off but they literally did not care at all and barely gave me a sorry. At this point a normal hotel would have made some sort of commercial gesture - free breakfast, or at least try to pretend that they care at all, anything really. What's worse, I got the sense from their reactions that this alarm thing might be a regular occurrence as one of the staff muttered something that I should be grateful it wasn't at night. The next day we are going to see some wineries. We are leaving the hotel at 10:30 AM and the cleaning ladies are cleaning the room next door to us. We politely say hello and that we are leaving, we would like our room cleaned and that we would be back in the afternoon. We come back at 3:45 PM and the lady is in our room and just starting to clean it. I have no clue what she did from 10:30 AM - 3:45 PM as we were her next room to clean but I suspect she just did nothing. We are tired and just want to get in the room so we tell her it is no problem, she doesn't need to finish. We ask her to just refill the nespresso pods so that we can have coffee for the next morning. She says sure, leaves to go get them and never comes back. Another cleaning lady walks past the room and I ask her as well if we can get a refill. She says sure and that she would go grab some. Of course, she never comes back. Finally, I call the front desk. I express my disappointment again with the level of service and ask for coffee p

Très bonne découverte dans un hôtel de chaîne.. La cheffe est au top son menu avec des nuances subtiles est excellent… la quantité et la qualité sont au rendez-vous !! Le personnel est adorable et le côté SPa est magnifique je recommande absolument.. Bravo

Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans cet hôtel à mi chemin de retour de vacances . Très pratique car à même pas 5 min de reprendre l autoroute le lendemain . Rien à dire tout était parfait . Personnel très sympa . Hôtel chaleureux, et très propre ce qui devient de plus en plus rare vraiment rien à dire . Chambres cosy et lit de 2 mètres et confortable . Bien isolées . Les repas très bon Tout était au top

Très bel endroit, très convivial, nous avons passés une après midi entres amis, autour de belles bouteilles et de très bons mets préparés par une équipe très dynamique, accueillante, souriante et à l'écoute. L établissement est situé juste à côté de la cité des climats et de Bourgogne.

Super séjour ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit, surtout le petit déjeuner qui était complet et excellent !!! L’accueil était chaleureux, toute l’équipe était au petit soin :) P.S : les madeleines relisez par Alice sont à tomber par terre.

Hôtel neuf avec de grands espaces depuis le stationnement extérieur gratuit, au hall d'accueil magnifiquement décoré et agencé, au bar, au restaurant, aux vastes chambres très spacieuses même avec un haut plafond. L'environnement et l'intérieur sont vraiment calmes pour se reposer et la literie excellente avec de très grands lits. La réception nous a reçu et accueilli vraiment chaleureusement d'une manière sympathique quasi amical. Celà nous a donné envie d'y revenir aux beaux jours.
