Room2 Belfast Hometel

The Room was very cold and the heating system wasn't working properly. The Staff were amazing and the one thing that made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. We got the feeling that this Hotel was trying so hard to be homely it missed the mark for us and didn't feel like a cosy home. Lucky that they have such wonderful, very attentive and friendly staff. The location is perfect and very central

Aside from the funky style of the hotel, the one stand out for me was Michael....nothing was too much trouble! An absolute treasure of a guy.

I visited last week to view event space. I had no appointment booked. Manager Michael was incredibly helpful. Giving me a full tour with lots of options and ideas that he could tailor to my business needs. I am very impressed by the space and the hospitality.

This hotel was a perfect place to stay for the night out in Belfast, it had a fresh quirky décor. The room we stayed in was a large loft room which was spacious, very clean and in a perfect location in the city centre. I’d like to specially thank Iza & Barbara for the fabulous customer service they provided, we couldn’t have asked for anything more, anything we asked off them was never a problem. Overall staff were very friendly & we enjoyed the live music in the bar. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay as this hotel.

This was my second stay at Room2 Hometel and I’ll certainly be back! Friendly and accommodating staff, amazing drink options, modern and funky layout/decor. They had live music on in the bar which was a lovely touch. Great central location, a few minutes walk from Belfast city centre, lots of bars and shopping close by and even a Starbucks right next door! The rooms were spotless, spacious & convenient, they came equipped with everything you could need (fridge, freezer, cooking utensils and working cooking area/stove. The beds were super comfy and I loved the sustainability aspect and the fact they had a dedicated recycling area in the room. Big shout out to Iza and Barbara who made sure we were well looked after, sorted us out with extra towels and even got us ice for the room! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a luxurious stay that won’t break the bank!

I recently stayed here with a few of my friends for a weekend in Belfast. From the second I walked in I was welcomed and greeted by staff members who were working at the time. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is magical, there was live music playing and people and families sitting in the foyer, the hotel is pet friendly too which is a nice touch, it was so nice to see people sitting with their dogs having a cocktail or a glass of wine. Big thanks to Kerri and Nathan at reception for checking us in and recommending places to go in Belfast for food, walks, and a night out. The check-in process was quick and efficient and they even offered to help us with our luggage to the room, this was such a kind gesture. No request was too big! The building itself has been designed to the highest standard, every corner is beautifully decorated with plants and artwork, and they even have an art gallery filled with local artists' work. It is so nice to see a business that cares for the local creatives! and gives them a platform to share their stuff! I do not drink myself, but some of my friends enjoyed cocktails made by the staff! I heard the espresso martinis were to die for. Instead of their alcohol-free cocktails, wines and beers I opted to enjoy some tea from rosie lee, it was one of my favorite aspects of the whole trip! It is so welcoming and warming to be able to enjoy the atmosphere of live music in a bar in the late evening while drinking a cup of tea and I even got complimentary toast from the staff. The rooms have been decorated to a very high standard also, the room was spotless and beautiful. As it was a birthday stay we were greeted with a bottle of prosecco and a hand written welcome card, which was another nice touch. One of my favorite things about the hotel is the attention to detail, the little elephant in the room was one of the favorite things of my stay! I asked for the housekeeper's name to personally thank them, Barbora you are amazing! It was almost too cute to turn back into a towel after I had a morning shower. (The water pressure was amazing too! I find in other hotels it can be like a trickle of water but this was like a mini spa) Every detail about this hotel is amazing, how the staff interact with each other and the guests, it just makes it an enjoyable environment that's hard to leave. On that note also, the 2pm checkout was perfect. I cannot get over how the little details made our trip! On our way out of the hotel, we joined the room2 members and were told about the free birthday stays and discounts , the next trip is already booked. Thanks again to all the room2 staff members, I will definitely be back!

Wonderful Hotel! It was nice staying somewhere with some personality but still with a homely feel. The rooms are very comfortable and well kitted out. Staff are very friendly. Also it’s a great location for taking in the cities sights. A gem of a hotel and I’ll be back!

Went for a shopping trip and location was excellent staff very professional and friendly most mention Daniel who stood out also kerry and Nathan which made our stay so enjoyable .. would definitely recommend this hotel really good singer playing n lounge

We had a nice time and it’s a nice hotel with all the staff being super friendly however our air con unit only blew out cold air not ideal in March And had to be reset the next day - a quick search on Tripadvisor shows that this was not the first time this has happened and Led to us not having a great nights sleep on our first night .
