Magic Natura Resort

Overall we had a really good time here. We went premium and had 2 lodges in the Bali section with private hot tubs. The lodges were nice with little areas that needed some tlc - the showers were quite limescaley/rusty, the shelf in the bathroom was slanted and had a little block of wood under to keep it up. The rooms ventilation was also really poor leading to A LOT of condensation, even to the point where all the paper in our room was wet and curling up etc. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. There were mini fridges, a kettle, microwave and Nespresso machine which were useful (the Nespresso machine was a bit temperamental when it would work or not). We requested a bed guard for our son as he is 4 and tends to fall out of the bed without one. There were plenty of wardrobes and drawers for clothes storage for 4 people too. One of the doors to the lodges didn't close by itself and this was left open a couple of times by housekeeping which could've led to personal belongings going missing but as far as we are aware this didn't happen. We also had a wet towel and swimming costume that was drying in the bathroom chucked into a suitcase making the rest of the contents wet too. Not sure why housekeeping done this. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of the lodges for us as the pools were freezing we spent most of our time in the hot tub when not out and about. The food in the restaurants was mostly good. We always found something to eat every day we went. It did get very repetitive towards the end of the week though. The food in the Italian was ok, the pasta was fresh but the portions weren't huge. The dessert selection in the Italian was not as good as the desserts in the buffet. The paella upstairs was very good, we enjoyed that. The starters for the upstairs restaurant was all the same food as the buffet food downstairs too. As we were premium guests we had access to the smaller buffet restaurant which was very nice, as the standard restaurant was very cramped, busy and loud. We did however notice there was a bit more food in the standard restaurant. We ordered pizza delivery once and this was fine except it was cold and late so I think we were the last to receive the delivery. It was edible but we didn't bother ordering again. There were plenty of pools around the resort for smaller kids and older kids/adults, as we went in April the weather wasn't the warmest and the water was quite cold but we did get in a couple of times. There were activities all through out the days spread out across the resort at the main bar and the larger pool area. There is a game section with a pool table and other arcade machines. There is a ping pong table by the larger pool too. Several bars scattered around in all areas by the pools too. There is a games console area too which you need to book a time slot to gain access. After reading some reviews i was a little worried about this place. I heard there were loads of flies but we didnt see any more than anywhere else we have been. We heard there were loads of roaches, we didnt see one. We heard the staff were unfriendly, every member of staff we interacted with were amazing. The zoo was fantastic and we went there twice. The water park was amazing and we spent 3 days there. The add ons you get through AI plus were great we had lunch and cocktails at Stars overlooking benidorm beach and the Italian restaurant was great. We also had Pizza delivered to the room. It hilly but there is a bus driven by Nacho! Ok so the food wasnt the best and the queues were bad until we came up with techniques to combat them. We had a fantastic holiday, one of a kind and dont forget the medieval night at Robin Hood. See you soon I hope

I had a great trip was one of my favourites, all inclusive drinks and pretty much everything you would want out of a get away, Cristian Carla were great hosts for most of the entertainment and were amazing when it came to host people on the main stage through the zoo entrance, would 100% go again

Great location and brilliant for family. Though many hidden costs, like free spa is not really free massage and have to pay for hygiene kit, also have to pay deposit for drink glass vouchers. Staff is also not very customer friendly. Though absolutely brilliant TUI rep Trecia, made our stay very pleasant. I also had a medical emergency during our stay and she organised doctor visit very fast to get me urgent care.

Really good had so much fun here highly recommended Cristian Alicia and Maria really nice staff and alheli from the mini club night entertainment really good for all the young ones had a brilliant time definitely coming here again thank you magic natura

We stayed in one of the lodges with a hot tub, which was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping came daily to freshen up the room and replace towels, and the hot tub was emptied and cleaned during our stay, which we appreciated. However, the shower frequently ran cold, making it difficult to wash my son properly. While the lodge included a hob and microwave, there were no utensils, plates, or cookware provided, so we couldn’t actually prepare or eat anything — very disappointing and impractical. The on-site shop was outrageously overpriced. My brother paid €15 for just three bags of crisps, which felt like a complete rip-off. Evening entertainment was good, and the foam party was a highlight. My son also enjoyed the kids club, though we had a serious issue on the last day: a staff member let him leave the club alone, despite me having clearly marked “no” on the form regarding him leaving by himself. Thankfully, someone was in our lodge and he knew the way back, but this was a major safety concern. I asked at reception if there was anything on-site for acid reflux and was told no. They offered to book a taxi, which cost me €17.40 round-trip to the nearest pharmacy. I later discovered there was actually a pharmacy vending machine right by the restaurant with exactly what I needed — frustrating and unnecessary. The water park was fantastic and the food served there was quite nice. Unfortunately, the main buffet was extremely disappointing. It was heavily focused on fish, with little variety. The pasta sauces were bland — one tasted like baby food and the other like tomato soup. My son ended up eating mainly crisps for the entire trip. There were also never any mugs available at breakfast, and I can’t imagine how chaotic it must get during peak school holiday times. Overall, while we did have some enjoyable moments, especially with the entertainment and water park, the poor food quality, safety issues, and overpriced amenities were a real letdown — especially given the cost of the stay. I wouldn’t return or recommend this resort unless you’re a fan of fish-heavy meals and don’t plan on eating much else.I’m
