Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended

I cannot tell you how much I love this hotel.❤️ the staff have been so amazing. From the amazing manager, who has spent the day making sure the tables and everything is perfect. Our beautiful waitresses, the lovely cleaner working on Christmas Day. The fantastic cooks and wonderful bar staff. Our room is so clean and beautiful. You people need to come here. Thank you so much Riviera beach for the best Christmas ❤️❤️

Stayed in April 24, having previously stayed in April 23. I Superb hotel that is immaculate clean, and maintained standards. The food is unbelievably good, with menus to suit all tastes, the front terrace area is a great sun trap, that serves drinks at more than reasonable prices. Location is perfect to visit all Benidorm has to offer . Very highly recommended

Came with daughters. Room was really comfortable. My husband and I had stayed previously and he had chosen it. Unfortunately he passed away some weeks earlier but we decided to continue with the holiday. The service was excellent from check in we felt really looked after and it was a real home from home. Alberto a fantastic ambassador for the hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily by the lovely maids and food was plentiful and expertly prepared by the chef and catering staff. We always loved the sun terrace where the bar staff serve drinks which are reasonably priced. Finally the Director whose attention to detail is second to none. One of my happiest memories is having my birthday celebrated here some years ago. Thank you Riviera.

Myself, my wife and my mother booked to go to this wonderful hotel and are currently still staying here. We've been nothing but impressed with all the staff and the hotel manager. Unfortunately prior to coming my father passed away so we travelled without him. We decided to still come and enjoy ourselves and the staff have been incredible during this hard time and dealt with the situation with the upmost of respect. Alberto on reception was exceptional. The food is really good and I've never witnessed such high levels of cleanliness. The presence of the hotel manager I'm also extremely impressed with asking how our stay is. One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure to stay in so thank you! And thank you again to the staff they are fantastic. I'd 100 percent recommend!

Another superb, excellent stay at the Riviera. The friendly attitude of all the staff brilliant, this includes the reservation staff who forwarded a request to the reception at the hotel. The cleanliness of the of the hotel is to be congratulated as is the quality and presentation of the food. The ability to deal positively with a request for a high room was extra pleasing but the icing on the cake was the bottle of Cava and chocolates for my wife on her 72nd birthday. She was absolutely overjoyed and made her day extra special. We particularly like the location, it's ideal to go to the bars and clubs to see the many excellent quality acts but not too far to walk back and certainly not noisy at all. Our room overlooked Uncle Peds and never got disturbed. We will return.

This was our third stay and just when you think this hotel cannot get any better .. it continues to exceed our expectations.. We have just returned after a 6 night stay and everyone is just so friendly .. rooms cleaned to the highest standard and the reception. Restaurant and Terrace bar staff teams just go out of their way to make you feel special. Just Excellent on all counts .. Thank you

Just got back from a fabulous 4 nights celebrating my 60th birthday. The girls on reception gave us a very warm welcome back and gave us the room we always request which was as always a lovely room. I would like to thank all the restaurant staff for making our stay that little bit special especially the cava for my birthday. They all went out of their way to make it a lovely break for us. I really love this hotel. I used to go there before the renovation and think it´s so much better now. The big sun terrace is the eye-catcher. The drinks are affordable and the staff is super friendly. The hotel is clean and next to the market, the beach and other entertainment places.

Just home from a week at the Riviera. This hotel was outstanding! A young couple in early 30s. Nothing was ever too much bother for staff, our room was very hot and air con doesn’t get switched on till end of April/start of May but a fan was brought up to our room by the hotel handy man for no extra charge. Hotel rooms were spacious, wardrobes had plenty of hangers and storage space to buy our clothes away. Someone mentioned on a Benidorm Facebook group that the floor get slippy in the bathroom and to ask for a bath mat at reception, our room had one but floor did get a little bit slippy so if you don’t have one then get one. Our room was cleaned everyday, which smelt absolutely gorgeous. Reception staff were helpful when it came to booking the Spa ( at the Ambassador hotel). The restaurant we could not fault! Breakfast lunch and dinner was super. I can be a bit of a fussy eater on holiday but there was more than enough variety to choose from. The waiter knew our drinks order as soon as we walked in. Always greeted with a smile by all staff. The bar by reception was great, drinks prices were good, food served there was lovely. As soon as you sat down out the front, a waitress/waiter was straight over with a menu if one wasn’t on the table. We used the Rivera music lounge again lovely, get 25% off drinks if you show your room card. Also can get 25% off at other bars in the town, we did try it at another bar but said the machine didn’t work. Great location. Taxi rank just further down to the left. Looking forward to rebooking and returning to the hotel in the year.
