Hotel Don Pancho - Designed for Adults

We stayed here for a week recently the hotel is first class great and friendly staff throughout our stay We were on the 14 th floor with amazing views around Benidorm and we had a full week of sunshine .The pool was great thankfully it's heated the hotel is in a great location close to the old and new town breakfast was amazing every day and loads of choices would recommend this hotel 100%

The Hotel was a "WOW" as soon as you walked in , Reception welcoming you straight away with Big Smiles, Our room with amazing views 16th Floor, Beds & pillows fabulous best I've ever had in a hotel , Rooms were perfect, food was excellent, Everything was excellent , bar & waiter service was Perfect made you feel comfortable & relaxed, Will definitely come back again To Don Pancho

Returned from 7 nights stay the first week of November at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone hotel is beautiful, so clean staff all very helpful location is perfect, very accessible for all guests. We did not use it but the mobility scooter parking outside is very handy and 2.50 per day to charge it. Breakfast had everything you could want and need including fresh squeeze OJ fresh egg cooking station and pancakes. we did stay Bed and breakfast but stayed in one night for evening meal it was 18 euro per person ( i think ) we had starter main and desert and everything was so tasty they even had a carvery with British Yorkshire puddings hahah. Lunch at the pool bar was lovely my favorite was the club sandwich. We had a superior room on the second floor, this was a bigger room with the special touches of bath robes and slippers, bottles water everyday and tea and coffee in the room. the back of the hotel is on the strip but even from the second floor you couldn't hear any music or anything . Always able to get a sun bed at anytime of the day you went down, some are more shaded at different times of day. Ordering drinks to your sun lounge was a lovely extra touch not having to move from the sun! Having the choice to charge anything in the hotel to your room key and pay at the end was nice but i can see you could get carried away, not having to always handing money over was nice. But you do need a card linked to your room when you check in to be able to do this. as a couple in there 20's who do like a nice hotel but close to the bars and restaurants, we would recommend this hotel to anyone. it is adult focuses, there was a family here during our stay, the children where no bother at all but i personally think it would be better switching to adult only because it has nothing for children and the evening entertainment is geared toward the older generation with the style of bands and music. my only small niggled and information to pass on to other guests and even the hotel is i think, some music or even any light Entertaiment during the day - even a game of bingo because everyone loves bingo. The hair dryer in the room was attached to the wall and small and not very powerful, being someone with long thick hair, took ages to dry. I did celebrate my birthday while at the hotel and everyone wished me happy birthday also a card, jelly and bottom of fizz was an extra special touch in the room. Thank you for wonderful holiday. Hotel worth the 5 star . Special thank you to girl with ponytail in restaurant also waiter who made me laugh with his cheeky grin . Food in restaurant best food we had compliments to the chefs. Reception made us feel really special. Cleaner did a wonderful job in our room 108. Our third trip back to the Don Pancho, this time to celebrate our Golden Wedding. Just as good as ever - a lovely comfortable well run hotel at the eastern end of Levante beach one block off the sea front. Wonderful happy team of staff, especially the dining room crew who work very hard to keep a busy show on the road. Good choice of food, always hot & frequently replenished. Be aware that this is a 17 storey hotel so it gets very busy at peak times breakfast and dinner but all seems to flow well without too much drama. We booked a superior room (1401) on the 14th floor and they are well worth the bit extra - more space, great views, big private balcony south facing so they get the sun all day. Spotlessly clean & nice modern bathroom with walk in shower. Good fridge & safe in the room (for a fee) plus pool towels (refundable deposit). Public rooms are very pleasant and comfortable with a theatre style entertainment stage with nightly acts ( mostly good). This is an adults only hotel but we have noticed that the age profile of the guests has climbed in our three visits and guests are majority British pensioners so if you like a mix of younger and older guests of differing nationalities this may not be for you. The other thing to note is that the hotel back on to the famous Benidorm strip of bars and music clubs and things can get “lively” and noisy into the small hours, though we noticed it was much better than last year. But you don’t come to Benidorm for peace and quiet!! Jet 2 warned us of some building work nearby but in truth it wasn’t intrusive. Go for a high floor where it’s quieter. To sum up this is a great hotel with high standards of comfort, food and service in a great location with good transport links on the doorstep serving the whole resort, nearby Albir and Altea and the rail station for trips to Calpe, Vila Joyosa and Alicante. Off season Benidorm is a great resort- we had lovely sunny weather even in November 22-25c.

Beautiful hotel with first class public areas. Pool and terrace very pleasant, my only negative is that there are lots of birds walking around the tables and I’m phobic of them. The rooms are large & comfortable with good beds & smooth linens. The tv channel selection is better than most hotels. Great sea views from balcony. The restaurant is very pleasant & buffet food is much better than any other Spanish hotel I’ve experienced. All in all, a super holiday.
