The location is perfect for exploring Berlin.

Very good and spacious apar**ent. We are a family of 3, and had plenty of space in a 3 room apar**ent. Everything was fine, nice kitchen, minimalistic interior but with everything we needed. Very clean and an excellent location. All ready looking forward to visiting again

We visited Berlin Jan-feb2022 - we were a family of three and stayed here - We stayed in a superior suite at The Schoenhouse by Limehome. Our room was the largest in the property measuring 53m2. So what I describe may not be there in the other apar**ents which are different in size and cost. Limehome is a boutique company that has these beautiful service apar**ents all across Europe. What struck me was the beautiful, elegant and simple interior designs and furniture - classy, very comfy, and very fancy. We stayed in a superior suite that came with a large sitting room and kitchenette and dining area. It also had a lovely wooden floored patio and sit-out area. the bedroom was very large with a double bed, a full-length mirror, and a cupboard. The couch in the sitting room turned into a large very comfy double bed. The kitchen unit had everything one could possibly want - coffee machine, all kinds of pots, pans, cutlery, wine opener (yay!) sieves, knives, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, two types of glasses, and even espresso shots! The bathroom was lovely - again well equipped with towels, shampoo, tissues, toilet seat covers. The TV was a smart TV - with over 300 channels (although 90% of them were in German!) and so we watched Prime, Disney, Youtube when we couldn't step out due to the cold. The rooms were very well heated. The location is fantastic... 900m from Alexanderplatz... and it had many eateries, restaurants, cafes, 24/7 convenience stores, liquor stores, depar**ental stores all either downstairs or just 300-400m away. The check-in process was super-smooth. What a wonderful new home we have found and experienced in Berlin. It was a happy accident that we found this online and we are so glad that we did!! The apar**ents are impeccably clean, well maintained and very well equipped. Every evening when we returned we looked forward to returning home - not a hotel, not a service apar**ent - but a home. Loved the sit-out area and the on-location team was super helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time. We shall definitely stay here again.

Great stay and good area of Berlin to stay in close to all the things that are important to us when in the wonderful city of Berlin. Great supermarkets nearby, lits of fantastic restaurants. Easy communication with LimeHome. Asked for extra towels and got it. The cleanikg happened every 3 days which is nessesary when travelling with children. The cleaning was pretty basic but welcomed. It was quite dirty under the beds (we lost a toy) but pretty clean elsewhere. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and I must admit that the plastic sheed underneath made sleeping a little uncomfortable, especially in the sofa. Overall very good stay and would stay here again, mainly because this is right in the middle of our favorite areas in Berlin.

The apar**ent is great, like the pictures. Everything was clean, and the flat is well located just near Rosa Luxamburg Platz metro stop. We enjoyed our stay!

The service was enjoyable, the room tidy and clean, It took us a while to find the room and the initial password did not work, Customer service was courteous and available for us even after midnight

So perfectly located to almost everything, a beautiful boutique apar**ent style hotel, friendly and very cozy. Little hard to get into at night but once you have done it all will be well. I am not an experienced traveller (this was my first time anywhere!) but would go back there and see more of Berlin! I went in September 2019 but the "when" wouldn't let me put that date in.

I really enjoyed the room, large and comfy. Fourniture is simple but really nice. There is no tea/coffee making facility in the room, but a nice bar on the ground floor. My room was facing the main road, but noise was really not a problem. Good place to stay if you don’t mind walking a little.
